Restructured Marketing Department, resulting in reduction of about 50% of headcounts while maintaining the output. Managed the introduction of a new system of telecommunication tariffs for the Netia Group which resulted in 10% revenue increase, churn reduction, and increase of sales volumes. Managed the introduction of retention and loyalty programmes, which resulted in 50% decrease in churn rates. Co-operated in launching brand new mobile telecom operator for Poland. (Pepsico) which resulted in reduction of direct distributors from 2000 to 50 and led to increase of sales efficiency and improving numerical distribution of their products. Executed the restructuring of the company s research network by outsourcing services to newly created service companies.
