Planning The School of Business Administration executive team develops and annually updates the school s strategic plan with input from faculty, staff, students and employers. Changes in objectives occur as new weaknesses, opportunities and threats are identified through the school s continuous improvement processes. 2. Assurance of Learning The school has implemented an exemplary Assurance of Learning (AoL) process and is commended for its achievements in closing the loop and faculty involvement. 3. The school should continue to address the needs associated with rapid growth in enrollments, particularly at the graduate level.
