My years as a professional, first as a player and then as a coach, have been very educational and gave me the opportunity to try many experiences. The balance between my training and experience in business and sport has given me a culture based on the understanding that personal growth is the fundamental objective of every person. Through self-realization, self-esteem and autonomy, each person can achieve the desired levels and its objectives. My ethics as seller and coach are based on these beliefs. As a seller I achieved important results in integration area, thanks to the perseverance and patience.
