She was assigned to HQ of Deutsche AercoConsult, in Frankfurt in 2001 and later worked on a new airport in Manila, Philippines in She is involved in accounting, invoicing, contract managing, office managing and various other fields where professional support is needed. Eun-Young has studied Mathematics at college and Statistics at graduate school in the U.S. and became the first local representative for Avconet ltd. in Asia in 2005 supporting companies in start-up or project related activities.

He worked on various projects such as Metro Athens, Kuwait Airport, and also participated as a IT-Specialist on a Civil Aviation Study in Zambia. Part of his international experience was a research project with the purpose to analyse Airport Facilities and Services at the Airport in Coffs Harbour in Australia. He is competent on the IT-, Transport and Aviation Engineering-, and Engineering Management Sector and is a qualified internal auditor according to ISO 9002 standards.

He acts as a legal counsel and have represented in Sri Lanka airlines like KLM, Royal Jordanian Airlines, Saudia, Mahan Air & Virgin Atlantic, Czech Airlines, Pakistan International Airlines, Air Arabia, and a number of other local and regional airlines. Lasantha has served as Legal Consultant to a committee headed by the Director General of Civil Aviation, Sri Lanka for drafting Air Navigation /Airport Zoning Regulations and drafting/formulating the Aviation Security and Air Transport Providers Licensing Regulations. Lasantha supports the Network members in general aviation matters, such as liability issues and litigation, ground handling contracts, aircraft leasing as well as service contracts.

His experience includes his involvement with the Commercial, Retail and Property as Business Advisor: Commercial Operations. Included in his responsibilities were Contracts & Leases. During this period Chris was responsible for the writing of Policies and Procedures for Operations in ISO format based on IATA and ICAO Standards. As Business Advisor for ACSA he is familiar with contingency planning for ANY threat in the Aviation Environment. He just completed the Ops Manuals for the ACSA Group (10 Airports) 26 Million annual passengers based on Doc The Ops Manual is a combination of the SMS, Quality Control, Operations Policies & Procedures.

He has an excellent history of work for many aviation areas in Ukraine and for National Airworthiness Authority of Argentina.

Jean-Pierre is currently the Team Leader of the UN-Consulting Group, a network of international Aeronautics Experts.

10 Juan Antonio Casanova Spain and Latin America Juan Antonio Casanova CEO Lima Airport 20 June Spanish Juan Antonio Casanova, served as CEO of Lima Airport Partners (concessionaire of the Lima Airport till 2030). Prior to becoming CEO of Lima Airport Partners S.R.L., served as Advisor to the Venezuelan and Colombian Investment Committees, and also as CEO of Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones S.A., the Spanish leader company in design, construction and telecommunications networks. In addition to that position he was a Member of the Board of the Joint Chambers of Commerce of Spain and several South American Countries. Before Juan Antonio Casanova joined Acciona S.A. Group in 1990 as CEO of Ineuropa Handling, 2nd licensed operator of airport services in Spain. He also served as Chairman of ENUR S.A., investment and diversification vehicle of the Group, in services and industry. He had a long working experience in Saudi Arabia as Vice President International to the Rolaco Group. He also served as Division General Manager of Prodinsa S.A. (Industrial holding of Banco Madrid and Banco Catalan de Desarrollo). His career started as Technical Manager of the Spanish Shipyard Astano S.A. Casanova holds a degree in Naval Engineering and also holds an MBA from the INSEAD, Fontainebleau in France.

Having worked in the aviation industry for large and small companies, he has extensive knowledge of international corporate policies, products and markets. Harris passion in the aviation industry and commitment to excellence, has led him to his current task, helping as an independent consultant, in the launch and development of Avconet.

Sajet Aviation Management & Organization Consultant 11 November Dutch He was with KLM from October 1967 till November 2001 and during this period of service, among other functions; he was posted as Station Manager in Hong Kong ( ), Portugal ( ), Mexico ( ) and Lagos, Nigeria ( ). During he was appointed as Manager KLM Quality Consulting department. Trained to perform audits and assessments based on the EFQM concept he introduced a new quality performance measuring system, which was adopted by KLM worldwide, a system that contributed to improve the standard of quality and productivity. Seconded to the Federal Airport Authority Nigeria (FAAN) ( ) as an Airport Infrastructure and Organization consultant. In this capacity he worked very close with IATA and ICAO regarding ATM, Navigational and En-route charges, Airport Management and Aviation Security issues. He represented FAAN at IATA meetings. During his consulting period an upgrading exercise to MMA (Lagos, Nigeria) was executed in order to meet the FAA airport security requirements in order to enable the American registered carriers (or operating in pool wit European carriers) to operate into Lagos, Nigeria. (Implementation of ICAO Annex 17). The required FAA level was awarded in December 1999.

Ralf s key tasks at Avconet include functional design, capacity assessment, programming and graphic support. Ralf has gained a lot of work experience in Russia, is fluent in Russian and real know-how pool if it comes to Aviation development in the CIS region.
