6 Who We Are Kamil Karaağaç CEO, Founder Civil Engineer prosem.biz Finished his bachelor degree at 1993 in Middle East Technical University Civil Engineering Department. His career is intensively devoted to water resources and hydraulic structures. He has also experience in earthquake engineering. He had participated in several different stages in many irrigation, domestic water, flood mitigation and energy related projects that were constructed by State Water Works and private companies. Figen Karaağaç Chief Operating Officer Architect, M.Arch prosem.biz Finished her bachelor degree as first place graduate at 1993 in Anadolu University Architecture Department. She took her M.S. Architect title by finishing Masters Degree at 2006 in Hacettepe University Interior Architecture and Environment Design. She had mainly developed her work experience in the architecture and interior designs of energy, hospital, airport, office and educational buildings. She gained abroad experience by working in Moscow Russia at Özgür Sever Head of Planning and Final Design, Founder Civil Engineer, M.Sc. prosem.biz Finished his bachelor degree at 2004 in Middle East Technical University Civil Engineering Department. Following his bachelor degree, he started his Masters education and he took his Masters degree at 2010 in same department s Hydromechanics Division He worked intensively on water resources and hydraulic structures in his career. He has also worked as a design manager in a steel construction design firm.

7 Who We Are Besim Gülcü Director Civil Engineer, M.Sc. prosem.biz Finished his bachelor degree at 2004 in Middle East Technical University. Following his bachelor degree, he started his Masters education in Hydromechanics Division and finished at He started working in a hydroelectrical powerplant design office while continuing on his Masters education. Selçuk Güları Director Civil Engineer prosem.biz Finished his bachelor degree as an honor graduate at 2006 in M.E.T.U. Civil Engineering Department. His career is intensively devoted to planning and detail design of hydraulic structures. He had participated in different positions, primarily as a project head and designer in energy related projects that were constructed by State Water Works and private companies. Serkan Kılıç Director Electrical Engineer prosem.biz Finished his bachelor degree at 2005 in Karadeniz Technical University. He worked at natural gas sector in project design, site applications and site controlling services in the first two years of his career. He had started working as an electrical engineer in Prosem Engineering Company beginning from 2007 November.
