Spongano has a beautiful antique historical center rich of palaces, two antique squares and two antique baroque churches The house is about 6 km from rock beaches of Castro, on the Adriatic sea, and is about 20 minutes approx from the sandy beaches of the Jonio sea (Torre Vado, le Maldive beach,...) or of the Adriatic sea (Alimini beach,...) and from the nearest Golf Club called the Acaja. The project is developed in complete harmony with the original architecture of Salento country-houses and whole respect of the surrounding environment (the country of Salento). Authentic materials have been solely used and traditional methods have been exclusively employed during the building of the house. Original materials have been employed such as stone (from Lecce) for paving and floors, stone wall (double-wall), terrace floor in stone (called Chianca or Leccese) or coccio-pesto (mixture of local crushed stones, clay and broken bricks).

RENTAL CONDITIONS: Weekly rental fee: - 1,600 / week (August) - 1,500 / week (high season: June, July and September) - 1,200 / week (low season: from October 1 to May 30th) (rental period from Saturday to Saturday) Example cost / person during high season: 1.500/ week divided by 6 people = 250 week/person divided by 7 days = 35 day/person Security deposit: 1,500. Final cleaning: 200. Payment of rent, final cleaning and security deposit: - 30% deposit payable on booking - 70% balance at least 2 days before arrival. Electricity, gas and water included in rent.
