2 WVDE elearning for Educators-WVLearns Personalized and Professional Learning WV elearning for Educators provides access to a statewide learning community of educators working to impact teacher content knowledge, pedagogy and student achievement through online learning. WV elearning for Educators offers flexible, capacity-building, research-based courses for WV educators. WV elearning for Educators courses provide teachers and school leaders with experiences to further develop their content knowledge and pedagogical skills, align their teaching to the West Virginia Next generation Standards, learn new assessment strategies, incorporate technology tools effectively, differentiate and personalize instruction, address diverse learning needs and styles, and integrate project based learning approaches and more! WV elearning for Educators includes a catalog of over 80 professional learning courses for teachers, administrators, early childhood teacher assistants/lead teachers, school counselors, school nurses, Technology Integration Specialists (TIS) and course facilitators.
