Traversing the barren landscape in specially designed and modified 4x4 vehicles, spend each night in a luxury campsite sleeping in absolute silence. Plunge into 24 hour daylight and stand at the point where there is no more east, west or south only north! Witness the penguins in their natural habitat as well as making the most of the untouched snow by skiing the many valleys and kit-ski on the open plains. DAYS night at Whichaway Camp Fly over the multitude of icebergs as night time disappears and 24 hours of sunshine becomes the norm. High profile and specially designed 4x4 vehicles will drive you to the luxury camp in complete and utter wilderness. Explore the area at ease with a trek through the Oasis to find the incredibly ice waves. For the more active; kite-skiing is quite a thrill or why not abseil deep into a crevasse. Warm up at the end of the day with a relaxing session in the sauna. DAYS night Camping After a great night s sleep there is an early start with a flight over the awe-inspiring mountain ranges before arriving at the lowest point on Earth the South Pole. En route, stop for fuel atop the mighty High Polar Plateau, before enjoying the solitude and views from the South Pole. The visit is not just for the afternoon; set up camp and spend a night at this holy grail of locations. DAYS night Camping A hearty breakfast will provide plenty of energy for the dramatic flight back. The immense scale of Antarctica can be admired from the plane before an afternoon relaxing at camp.
