3 20:20 Torch fat in this fun and challenging class which combines using your own bodyweight, dumbells and cardio to shape your entire body. The class will focus on cardio work for 20 mins followed by 20 mins of resistance exercises and floor work and a 5 min cool down. Body Fat Shredder High intensity bouts of aerobics combined with core conditioning and dumbbell exercises. Shredder is a fast way to get in shape and works every major muscle group in the body. A totalbody workout that strengthens, conditions and defines muscle like nothing else can. Barbell Burn Body Blitz Barbell Burn will help you build muscular strength and tone as well as cardiovascular fitness. Exercises included in this class will vary by instructor but all will organise a workout that targets the entire body to develop strength and endurance in the muscles of the lower body, upper body and core. Olympic lifts may also be included to add progression and variety. 55mins Boxercise Barbell Tone The perfect way to tone your body, burn calories and train all your major muscles groups in one session. Barbell Tone utilises high repetitions to increase endurance, with this class you will shape and define your body. You will target your lower body, upper body and core in every class. Class time 40mins - 60mins Total body conditioning focusing on upper body toning and strengthening. Modern Pilates based exercises for core strength, lunges and squats for legs. There is emphasis on correct technique using handheld weights. Class time 55mins 60mins The best stress buster around and one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems ensuring an intense and diverse workout. Boxercise classes are fun, energetic and addictive and will enhance your sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Barre Concept Want to tone up? Improve your core strength & flexibility? Do you love Ballet? Well this is the class for you! It incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet. Add to this the alignment of yoga and the strength from sports conditioning and you will have all of the aspects of a typical Barre workout. The combined elements of the different methods fuse to form a challenging and exciting workout, which stretches and sculpts the muscles, whilst burning fat. Balance, strength, stamina, power, flexibility and motor control all improve. This workout produces dramatic results that sculpt and redefine the entire body, without even being a dancer. Class time 45/60 mins Brunch Time, Crunch Time Brunch Time, Crunch Time will get your core burning but also form the basis of teaching your body to switch on your abs with other movements. This means that whether you are lifting weights or lifting children, you ll always be working your abs. The fastest way to a flat stomach!

4 Circuit HIIT If your goal is to burn fat, Circuit HIIT should be part of your program. A quick method to a great workout, intervals are extremely effective for transforming your physique. The magic of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) lies in its ability to keep you burning fat even after you leave the studio. The result a metabolism that is revved up and switched on throughout the day. Classic Yoga Classic Yoga emphasises the link between mind, body and breath. It helps, on a physical level, to improve strength, flexibility and energy. And on a mental level to gain a deeper sense of awareness, better concentration, increased self-confidence and well-being and a calm and relaxed mind. It can also improve the general quality of life and the ability to live in the moment. Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing), meditation and relaxation are key features of Classic Yoga. Class time 60mins Fitball + Core Improve your posture and balance whilst working your core stabilisers and other muscles during this safe and effective way of training. Fitball Core will help strengthen the core muscles: abs, hips, lower back and the thighs and may also involve adding resistance to advance your workout for the upper and lower body. Witness improvement in abdominal tone within weeks and remember core strength is the key to functional strength and a healthy back. Class time 45/50 mins Fitness Pilates Fitness Pilates uses smooth, deliberate movements and controlled postures to tone and elongate your muscles and increase your flexibility. Purely focused on exercise and breathing technique alone. The class offers a low-impact, deep-reaching work-out for your core - your abdominals, pelvis, back, shoulders and buttocks. To truly tone up: learn proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing movement. Hatha Yoga This class is suitable for all levels, great for increasing strength and flexibility as well as improving posture and general well being. Class time 60mins HIIT Strength A fast paced class combining strength training exercises with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) drills to achieve results quickly. This class targets all the major muscle groups and uses both equipment and body weight exercises. HIIT strength will stimulate a high metabolic response to melt away body fat and build lean muscle. Hot Yoga Hot Yoga is a physical practice that improves your general health and wellbeing in addition to complementing your existing fitness programme. This class is held in a studio heated to approximately 35 degrees that warms and activates muscles and supports the mind and body to improved functioning with regular practice. 5 Hurricane Training Hurricane Training is an intense series of beginner-to-advanced stretches, plyometric exercises and primal movements combined with extreme cardio, weight training and explosive core exercises. Hurricane training focuses on muscle exhaustion, confusion and rapid repair so your body operates at its maximum potential. This allows individuals to make fitness gains while staying agile and explosive. Legs, Bums & Tums The most annoying body areas for most women, and the hardest places from which to shift the fat!
