2 To start trading through SBISMART LITE, click on LITE LOGIN.

3 xxxxxxxx To login into your account, put the client code, password and PAN No. and then click on LOGIN.

4 This is how the home screen will appear to you. Click on the icons to view the specific window. For e.g. Market.

5 In the market window, click on the drop down to select market movers like Top Gainers, Top Losers etc.

6 If you select Top Gainers, then the list of top gaining stocks will be displayed. Just a click on the particular scrip will open the order entry form for that particular scrip.

7 The buy order entry form appears with LTP of the scrip. You can click on the sell radio button to place a sell order.

8 To view the live rates of various scrips, click on the Watchlist tab. All the market watches created by you in Sbismart Website previously will be displayed in the dropdown. You can place your trades by simply clicking on your preferred scrip.

9 Once you select the scrip, the order entry form will appear with the details of your selected scrip. Buy option will be pre selected. If you wish to place a sell order, then click on the sell radio button. To place orders after the regular market hours, you can check the AMO option.

10 In the quantity field put the number of shares you wish to transact in. Click on the drop down to select product type as Intraday or Delivery. For e.g. Delivery.

11 Click on the drop down to select order type as Market, limit etc as per your preference. For e.g. Limit.

12 Since you are placing a Limit order, enter the Price at which you wish to place your order. In case the order type is Market, the price field will automatically be disabled and take your order at Market price.

13 You will get a confirmation that your order has been placed and is under process.

14 Also you can use these buttons to buy or sell more shares of the given scrip. The Order Book opens and you can view the status of your orders and also modify or cancel the same.

15 A window pops up where you can change the quantity and the order type you wish to trade in. Then click on Modify. Click on this icon to modify the open order.

16 You can click on this cross mark to cancel your order.

17 Order cancellation pop up appears. Click on OK to confirm your order cancellation.

18 Final confirmation pop up appears. Click on OK.

19 Click on refresh icon to get the current status of your order.

20 Click on Limits tab to view the available limits in your trading account. You can lien/ unlien your funds from the option of Manage Lien/Unlien.

21 Select the Bank Name as SBI.

22 XXXXXXXXXXXX Put the amount you wish to lien in the box here.

23 XXXXXXXXXXXX Then click on LIEN to allocate funds from your savings account.

24 Your Merchant Reference Number is generated. Click on OK.

25 xxxxxx Your INB user name will be displayed here. Enter the INB password and click on SUBMIT.

26 xxxxxxxx Click on CONFIRM to confirm your transaction.

27 Again give the final confirmation by clicking on CONFIRM here.

28 You can view the status from SSL here and then click on CLOSE.

29 To allocate/unallocate funds click on Mark lien/unlien for funds. Click on the Lien tab to lien/unlien fund or shares. Similarly To allocate/ unallocate shares, click on Mark lien/unlien for stocks.

30 In this window, select your DP ID from the drop down. xxxxxxxx

31 Click on DP HOLD to view your demat holdings. xxxxxxxx

32 Click on the radio button of the scrip you wish to allocate.

33 Again click on DP HOLD to confirm your selection.

34 Now put the quantity you wish to block (allocate) in the given box here and click on SUBMIT. xxxx xxxxxxxx

35 Status will appear as SUCCESS. Click on OK.

36 In the messages tab you can view all the personalized messages sent to you by SBICAP Securities Ltd.

37 To view the latest news related to stock market and several stocks, you can click on the News tab.

38 Click on a specific headline in blue color to read the detailed description of the same. The cross mark will help you return to the news headlines.

39 If you wish to place an order on any of the scrip s from the list, you can click on the scrip and you will be taken to a pre populated screen. For e.g. click on ICICI Bank Ltd. You can click on views tab to get views on various scrip s along with its source.

40 As there was a sell view on the scrip, a pre populated sell order screen appears where in you can enter the required details as per your preference and then click on Submit.

41 Similarly if you click on the scrip with a Buy view, then you will be taken to a pre populated Buy Order screen.

42 You can select your preferred type from the drop down menu. For e.g. Equity To view the details of a particular scrip or contract, click on Get Quotes.

43 Next you have to enter the scrip you wish to trade in the field provided. Select your preferred scrip from the suggestions that appear below.

44 Then select the exchange from the drop down as NSE or BSE. Immediately the details will be displayed for the scrip.

45 On clicking Get Options a new window appears in which you have to select the expiry date, type and strike price as per your preference and click on Go. Similarly to get quote for any stock option, select OPTSTK from the Type dropdown. Enter the symbol name in the field provided.

46 Also to get quotes for index future, select FUTIDX from the Type dropdown. Type the symbol name in the field provided. For e.g. Nifty. Then select Get Futures.

47 New window opens. Select the expiry date from the dropdown and click on Go.

48 The details of the future contract will be displayed here.

49 Click here to logout from SBISMART LITE.
