3 Dear colleague Our vision is Crossing energy frontiers indeed an ambitious and inspiring vision. A vision that really captures the history and the future of our company. But how would our people capture the essence of the vision when provided the opportunity to apply their creativity in a different way than they usually do in their daily work? We invited our people to make photographs of the vision. We received more than one thousand photographs from all corners of the world representing a rich and creative diversity in approaches and perspectives. The photo competition really engaged our people. We received reports that many combined taking photographs with different teambuilding exercises and other initiatives focusing on building our identity and culture. It is a great pleasure to present to you the 50 excellent photographs that the jury picked as the most promising the 3 photographs that they judged as the best and the 2 photographs that our people voted as the best. We really hope that this exhibition will inspire further conversations and reflections on the meaning of our vision Crossing energy frontiers. Thus contributing to the development of our company. We would take the opportunity to thank all of you that contributed with your creativity and went out to capture the core of our vision with your cameras.
