The Penthouse which is situated on the 4th floor (only 4 floors in total with elevators) is set amid beautiful semi-tropical landscaped gardens. With two communal pools, a kiddies pool, a kiddies play area and large grassed area surrounding the pools, it is an ideal choice for families. Both bedrooms a twin and a double are en-suite. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and leads onto a furnished veranda with views towards the marina. 6 Accessibility The property is completely accessible to wheelchair users with ramps and elevators leading to apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of 3 Golf Courses being Victoria, Millennium and Laguna and a short drive to other courses being Vila Sol, Pinhal and the Old Course. There is a large underground storage area for Golf Clubs. Browns Sports Club is also just a five minute drive from the apartment where you can enjoy such facilities as the gym, aerobics and fitness classes, tennis, squash and the indoor pool.

7 Coast/Beach/Marina The apartment is a 5 minute drive from the beaches and marina. There are two main beaches in the Villamoura area, Falesia Beach and the Marina Beach. Falesia beach with its beautiful red rock formations is the best and boasts a fantastic array of services/amenities. Falesia beach is very extensive as it stretches from Vilamoura (east) to the outskirts of Albuferia (west), perfect for very long walks as well as sunbathing and water sports. Special interest holidays Water sports (including jet skiing, paragliding, scuba diving, snorkeling, water skiing, windsurfing, shark and marlin fishing), Tennis, Horse Riding.and Mountain Bilking are all available locally. Travel Faro airport is an approx 20 minutes drive (along the N-125) from the apartment. Car Hire is recommended. Roads are of excellent standard and well sign-posted. Taxis to and from Marina at night time are readily available and are inexpensive. Distances 5 minutes drive to centre of Vilamoura (Marina) and beaches.

8 Further details The centre of Vilamoura (Marina) is full of bars, restaurants and nightlife to suit all tastes and pockets. Information folder provided in apartment with activity details, phone numbers of local taxis and emergency services, etc. Pets / Smoking In consideration to other guests, smoking is only permitted on the outside terraces. Pets are not allowed. Booking notes A deposit of 20% is required to confirm reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Damage deposit required is 200.

9 Location Travelling on the EN125 main road (Beware of traffic jams in the summer months) After leaving the Airport travel west on joining N125 from Faro, after about 20 kms you will reach some traffic lights and the main entrance to Vilamoura is on your left on to Avenida Vilamoura XXI and follow until the third roundabout. Turn right onto the Estrada de Albufeira and follow until the third roundabout. Turn left into Jardins Victoria and after the first roundabout the Penthouse at Victoria Boulevard is in the block of apartments on your left.
