3 Reseller Guide Some commonly asked questions by resellers: Q: What s the difference between the standard version and the professional version of your desktop software (i.e. Able2Extract 10 and Able2Extract Professional)? A: The only difference between the standard and professional versions of our software is that the professional version has the ability to convert scanned and image PDF documents using optical character recognition (OCR) software. Otherwise, the features are the same. Q: What are the shipping and handling costs? A: Our shipping and handling costs are not listed in this guide due to the fact that shipping varies, depending upon the number of packaged CD s ordered and the location the CD(s) are shipped to. For a single packaged CD order, the typical cost for shipping to the United States is US$15 per packaged CD. To get a quote on shipping and handling, please call us at Q: Is an electronic download available with Packaged CD orders? A: Yes. All packaged CD orders include an electronic download that end users can access immediately. Q: Is overnight express delivery available for Packaged CD orders? A: Overnight delivery via UPS or FedEx is available on reseller orders that are placed prior to 1pm. An extra shipping charge applies. As such, each person who will be using the software will need to have their own license. Our desktop software is never licensed on a concurrent user basis. Server and developer level products are licensed on a different scheme licensing details for these products are detailed on the appropriate product pages in this reseller guide. Q: How do I read the tables outlining pricing? A: These tables are used throughout this guide. The following describes some of the key components of these tables.
