MANTIS anti-mask technology makes obscring the detector view nearly impossible for intrders. Sensor data fsion technology ensres that the detector sends alarm conditions based on precise information. Tri focs optics eliminate coverage gaps and respond efficiently to intrders. The powerfl combination of niqe featres in the Professional Series delivers sperior catch performance and virtally eliminates false alarms. The self-locking two-piece enclosre, bilt-in bbble level, flexible monting height, and three optional monting brackets simplify installation and redce service time. Fnctions Sensor Data Fsion Technology Sensor data fsion technology is a niqe featre that ses a sophisticated software algorithm to gather signals from five sensors: two pyroelectric sensors, a range adaptive radar sensor, a room temperatre sensor, and a white light level sensor. The microcontroller analyzes and compares the sensor data to make the most intelligent alarm decisions in the secrity indstry. Tri-focs Optics Technology Tri-focs optics technology ses optics with three specific focal lengths: long-range coverage, middlerange coverage, and short-range coverage. The detector applies the three focal lengths to 86 detection zones, which combine to make solid crtains of detection. Tri-focs optics technology also incldes two pyroelectric sensors, which deliver twice the standard optical gain. The sensors process mltiple signals to deliver precise performance virtally free of false alarms. Range Adaptive Radar The microwave transceiver atomatically adjsts its detection thresholds based on inpt from the PIR sensors. Integrating the target distance information from the PIR significantly redces false alarms from the microwave Doppler radar. MANTIS Anti-mask Technology MANTIS (Mlti-point Anti-mask with Integrated Spray detection) ses patented prism lenses and active infrared detection to provide indstry-leading

MANTIS complies with the latest worldwide reglatory standards for detecting objects covering or placed in front of the detector. MANTIS is sensitive to materials regardless of textre or color, inclding fabric, paper, metal, plastic, tape, and spray. When MANTIS identifies a masking material, the detector sends a spervision anti-mask signal to the control panel. Active White Light Sppression An internal light sensor measres the level of light intensity directed at the face of the detector. Sensor data fsion technology ses this information to eliminate false alarms from bright light sorces. Available Coverage The standard coverage is 8 m x 5 m (60 ft x 80 ft). Installers can set a DIP switch at the detector to select short range coverage of 8 m x 0 m (5 ft x ft). Dynamic Temperatre Compensation The detector atomatically adjsts PIR sensitivity to identify hman intrders at critical temperatres. Dynamic temperatre compensation detects hman body heat accrately, avoids false alarms, and delivers consistent catch performance at all operating temperatres. Cover and Wall Tamper Switch When an intrder removes the cover or attempts to separate the detector from the wall, a normally-closed contact opens to alert the control panel. Self-adjsting LEDs The LED brightness adjsts atomatically to the srronding light level. A ble light-emitting diode (LED) indicates TriTech+ alarms and activates dring a walk test. A yellow LED indicates microwave alarms, and a red LED indicates PIR alarms. Remote Walk Test LED Users can enter a command throgh a keypad, a control center, or programming software to remotely enable or disable the walk test LED. Alarm Memory Alarm memory flashes the alarm LED to indicate stored alarms for se in mltiple nit applications. A switched voltage from the control panel controls the alarm memory. Solid State Relays Solid state relays send silent alarm otpt signals to provide a higher level of secrity and reliability. An external magnet does not activate the relay. The solid state relay ses less crrent than a mechanical relay, providing longer standby capacity dring a power loss. Draft, Insect, and Small Animal Immnity The sealed optic chamber provides immnity to drafts and insects, redcing false alarms. Small animal immnity redces false alarms cased by animals less than 4.5 kg (0 lb), sch as rodents. Remote Self Test A remote self test initiates when the walk test inpt switches to its tre state. The alarm relay and alarm LED activate for for seconds following a sccessfl test. The troble relay activates, and the alarm LED flashes following a failed test. Inpt Power Spervision When the power is lower than 8 V, a low inpt power troble condition activates the troble relay and cases the LED to flash. The troble condition clears atomatically when power reaches or exceeds 8 V. Troble Memory When the walk test inpt switches to its tre state for less than two seconds, the LED flashes to indicate the most recent troble condition. If there is no troble in memory, the LED does not flash. After twelve hors, or after the detector receives a second walk test plse for two seconds or less, the LED stops flashing and the troble memory clears.
