These cameras bring Bosch s high-performance technology into the realm of homes, small office and retail bsinesses by offering a cost-effective soltion for a broad range of applications. System overview Ideal for indoor se, the compact, aesthetic design is sitable for installations where hosing size and appearance are important. The camera is available in two colors and is spplied with a versatile monting bracket, allowing it to be easily positioned for best coverage. The wireless connectivity, with no external antenna, frther enhances the aesthetic natre of the installation and also removes the need for a network cable. Fnctions Integrated wireless connection The integrated wireless LAN featre spports the IEEE b, g and n standards allowing the camera to connect to fast WiFi access points. The WPS btton provides an easy and simple way to set p the wireless LAN connection and secrity settings. Motion and adio detection The bilt-in passive infrared (PIR) sensor detects motion within 5 meters, even in complete darkness. It can then trigger an alarm, start recording or switch on the integrated white light LED to provide illmination in darkened rooms. These fnctions can also be activated by the detection of sond by the bilt-in microphone. Bilt-in microphone and lodspeaker The bilt-in microphone and lodspeaker allows remote sers to listen in on an area and commnicate messages to visitors or intrders via the lodspeaker. Adio detection can be sed to generate an alarm if needed.

2 2 intelligent Dynamic Noise Redction Qiet scenes with little or no movement reqire a lower bitrate. By intelligently distingishing between noise and relevant information, intelligent Dynamic Noise Redction (idnr) redces bitrate by p to 50%. Becase noise is redced at the sorce dring image captre, the lower bitrate does not compromise on video qality. With idnr, or focs is to significantly redce storage costs, and lessen network strain by only sing bandwidth when needed. Area-based encoding Area-based encoding is another featre which redces bandwidth. Compression parameters for p to eight ser-definable regions can be set. This allows ninteresting regions to be highly compressed, leaving more bandwidth for important parts of the scene. Bitrate optimized profile The average typical optimized bandwidth in kbits/s for varios image rates is shown in the table: fps 720p 480p Mltiple streams The innovative mlti-streaming featre delivers varios H.264 streams together with an M JPEG stream. These streams facilitate bandwidth-efficient viewing and recording as well as integration with third-party video management systems. Depending on the resoltion and frame rate selected for the first stream, the second stream provides a copy of the first stream or a lower resoltion stream. The third stream ses the I-frames of the first stream for recording; the forth stream shows a JPEG image at a maximm of 10 Mbit/s. Easy installation The power spply adapter delivered with the camera provides the +5 VDC power spply reqired. The wireless connectivity removes the need for a network cable, however, an Ethernet compliant network cable can be connected if reqired. The WPS btton simplifies the selection of a WiFi network and the network password setting. Tamper and motion detection A wide range of configration options is available for alarms signaling camera tampering. A bilt-in algorithm for detecting movement in the video can also be sed for alarm signaling. Clod-based services The camera spports time-based or alarm-based JPEG posting to for different acconts. These acconts can address FTP servers or clod-based storage facilities (for example, Dropbox). Video clips or JPEG images can also be exported to these acconts. Alarms can be set p to trigger an or SMS notification so yo are always aware of abnormal events. Access Secrity Password protection with three levels and 802.1x athentication is spported. To secre Web browser access, se HTTPS with a SSL certificate stored in the camera. Complete viewing software There are many ways to access the camera s featres: sing a web browser, with the Bosch Video Management System, with the free-of-charge Bosch Video Client, with the video secrity mobile app, or via third-party software. Video secrity App The Bosch video secrity mobile App has been developed to enable Anywhere access to HD srveillance images allowing yo to view live images from any location. The App is designed to give yo complete control of all yor cameras, from panning and tilting to zoom and focs fnctions. It s like taking yor control room with yo. This App, together with the separately available Bosch transcoder, will allow yo to flly tilize or dynamic transcoding featres so yo can play back images even over low-bandwidth connections. System integration The camera conforms to the ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Form) Profile S specification. This garantees interoperability between network video prodcts regardless of manfactrer. Third-party integrators can easily access the internal featre set of the camera for integration into large projects.
