ATEX and CSA Certified Precision engineered to exacting standards, the range meets the reqirements of ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and CSA Class I, Division 1, Grops CD; Class II, Division 1, Grops EFG, T6 for safe se in explosive atmospheres sch as those fond in oil, gas, chemical processing sites, and petrochemical refineries. IP68-rated Rated to an indstry-leading IP68, the specially designed camera hosing is machined from solid alminm. The MIC Series 440 camera ensres corrosion protection by sing two different processes; first an Alocrom 1200 coating, then a robst polyester powder paint coating. Alocrom 1200 is a chromate conversion coating of alminm, sed in the aerospace and defense indstries where a protective layer is reqired to improve corrosion resistance. Sealed with 'O'-rings for zero dst ingress and ability to withstand sstained periods of immersion nder water, the MIC Series 440 camera is sitable for installation in the harshest of environments. The optically-perfect flat viewing window and integrated wiper ensre razor sharp images are captred in even the most demanding conditions. This allows the MIC Series 440 explosion-protected range to fnction perfectly in highly hazardos areas, sch as offshore oil rigs.
