10 Rehabilitation and Re-construction of Köseköy-Gebze Section of Ankara-Đstanbul High Speed Railway Line The first priority project of TOP MPAF was accepted by the dated Commission s letter. There are two contracts; Works and Supervision Bilateral Agreement was signed on 17 March Operational Agreement was signed 12 October 2011 The construction period of the project is 30 months. 10

11 Rehabilitation and Re-construction of Köseköy-Gebze Section of Ankara-Đstanbul High Speed Railway Line For Works; The tender opening.... started on 14 March 2011 Works contract......signed on 14 October 2011 The successful tenderer.....salini Construttori S.p.A. The commencement date and site delivery.... until 25 November 2011 For Supervision; The tender opening started on 25 May 2011 Supervision contract signed on 31 October 2011 The successful tenderer.... ILF Consulting Engineers The kick off meeting... held on 17 November

13 Rehabilitation and Signalization of Irmak-Karabük- Zonguldak Railway Line MPAF was accepted by the dated Commission s letter. Revised MPAF was sent to the Commission on Tender Dossier was sent to the CFCU on 23 March 2010, revised by TCDD and sent to the CFCU on 11 February The Bilateral Agreement was signed on 2 December 2011 Operational Agreement was signed 12 December 2011 There are two contracts; Works and Supervision. 13

14 Rehabilitation and Signalization of Irmak-Karabük-Zonguldak Railway Line A Site visit held on July (CFCU, MoTMC, TCDD, EUD and the tenderers) The shortlist notice for supervision published on 23 August The Works tender opening session initiated on 03 October The Supervision tender opening session initiated on 17 October The construction period of the project is 48 months. The Works Contract was signed on 14 December 2011 The Supervision Conract was signed on

16 Construction of Filyos Port Filyos Port project has been proposed instead of Çandarlı Port Project. Technical Assistance Project for the preparation of Feasibility Study, EIA and Tender Dossier of Filyos Port has been finalized. The MPAF was submitted to the EC on 4 March

The kick off meeting held on 15 November Study for Compliance Assessment Audit of IPA Implementation Unit Terms of Reference sent to CFCU on 01 October The Project was started with the kick off in January 2011 and finalized in September

Support for information and publicity activities Technical Assistance to MoT on Information and Publicity Activities Terms of Reference was sent to the CFCU.... in January The service contract signed.....on 01 November The successful tenderer is the..consortium leaded by DIADIKASIA. The kick off meeting held.. on 18 November 2011 Groundbreaking Ceremony for Rehabilitation and Re-Construction of Köseköy-Gebze Section of Ankara-Đstanbul High Speed Railway Line realised in Köseköy...on 27 March 2012 Groundbreaking Ceremony for Rehabilitation and Signalization of Irmak- Karabük-Zonguldak Railway Line realised in Karabük on 15 May

20 Measure 3.3 Support for Enhancing the Project Pipeline Modernization of Samsun-Kalın Railway Line Project In order to eliminate the de-commitment risk, the technical documents will be prepared by Turkish DG State Railways and the studies are going on. Modernization of Malatya-Narlı Railway Line and Modernization of Alayunt-Afyon-Konya Railway Line Terms of References of the Modernization of Alayunt-Afyon-Konya Railway Line and Modernization of Malatya-Narlı Railway Line projects were sent to CFCU on and respectively. The New Construction of Halkalı-Kapıkule Railway Line Project The studies on the technical documents of the project which have been prepared by the European Investment Bank previously are going on. 20
