1 Process flow for Registration of Rupay Debit Card for Ecommerce transactions. Janata Bank is proud to announce Ecommerce facility for our esteemed customers. With this facility, customer can purchase goods from Flipkart, Amazon etc. sites. Likewise, customer can book tickets of Indian Railway, MSRTC, movie tickets etc. Ecommerce facility enables customer to use his debit card for any type of online transactions. For availing this facility every customer has to be registered with NPCI s Rupay PaySecure which validates the identity of true customer. Following is the process flow for successful completion of registration. Please go through the document to register yourself for secured transactions. 1. Visit our bank s website and click on RuPay option as displayed on the home page. 2. After clicking Registration option, following screen will appear. Select RuPay option and click on Register now. 2 3. After clicking on Register now, Terms and Conditions page will open. Read all the terms and conditions thoroughly and scroll down to Tick the I Accept box placed in the bottom of the page. Rupay Debit Ecomm Registration Process Page 2

3 4. Once you click on I accept button, Card details page will open. Do as per instructions given below. Enter your Rupay Debit Card number here correctly without any space. Select month of expiry date printed on your Rupay Debit Card. Rupay Debit Ecomm Registration Process Page 3

4 Select year of expiry date printed on your Rupay Debit Card. Enter CVD number carefully. CVD number is printed on back side of your Rupay Debit Card. After feeding all the details above, click on next button. Once you click on Next button, you will get OTP (One Time Password) on your registered mobile number. Your mobile number has to be registered with bank for receiving transaction alerts. If you have not registered for the same, then please visit your home branch and register yourself for receiving alerts. Rupay Debit Ecomm Registration Process Page 4

5 5. After clicking on next button, you will get OTP page for validation. Enter OTP correctly as shown in the following screen. Once you received OTP on your registered mobile, enter OTP here correctly. After entering OTP, press Next button. Here your OTP will be validated and if found correct then you will proceed for next step. If OTP entered is wrong, then you have to do all the steps again from beginning. 6 6. If OTP entered is correct, then NPCI s PaySecure page will open on your screen for registering the cardholder on NPCI s PaySecure site. Choose any image you want to be registered and enter Phrase which you want. This selection will be stored in the NPCI s PaySecure site and will be validated for every transaction you will do in future. Please keep in mind that this registration process is One Time Job and need not to be done every time. At the same time, whenever you want to change the image and phrase you have selected earlier, you can do the above process at any time. Enter Phrase which you like. Select any image you like from 50 images available here. Press Submit button after selection of image and phrase. 7. Enter phrase and select image you want and press submit button as shown in the step number 6. You will get following screen that Enrollment is successfully done. 7 8. After successful completion of above steps, final registration successful screen will appear on the screen as shown below.
