A plot of land measuring about 568 square metres, bounded on the East by Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli, on the North by Government property and on the North West by property of unknown owners or more precise boundaries. L-art hawn fuq imsemmija hija murija bil-kulur aħmar fuq il-pjanta P.D. Nru. 2016_0084, li wieħed jista jara fuq talba fid-dipartiment tal-artijiet, Auberge de Baviere, Il-Belt Valletta. The abovementioned property is shown with the colour red on plan P.D. No. 2016_0084, which may be viewed on demand at the Land Department, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta. L-istima nħadmet wara li ħadna in konsiderazzjoni u rriflettejna fuq numru ta kriterji fosthom: The valuation was made after having taken into consideration and reflected on a number of criteria amongst which: i. il-lokalità; ii. il-kejl tal-art u l-konfigurazzjoni (l-għamla) tagħha; iii. l-andament tas-suq tal-proprjetajiet fil-viċinanza. iv. il-potenzjal, skont kif maħruġa uffiċjalment mill- Awtorità Maltija għall-ambjent u l-ippjanar (MEPA) i. the locality; ii. the size and contours (shape) of the land; iii. the situation of the property market nearby. iv. the potential, as officially published by the Malta Environment and Planning Authority (MEPA) kif ukoll fatturi oħra li setgħu kellhom xi influwenza fuq il-valur tal-istess proprjetà. as well as other matters which may affect the value of the same property. Huwa stmat li din il-biċċa art tal-kejl ta ċirka 568 metru kwadru, delinjata b kulur aħmar fuq il-pjanta P.D. 2016_0084 u li tmiss mil-lvant ma Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli, liema art tinstab il-maġġor parti tagħha barra l-limiti taż-żona taliżvilupp, iġġib il-valur ta tlieta u għoxrin elf Ewro ( 23,000). It is estimated that this plot of land measuring about 568 square metres, delineated with the colour red on plan P.D. 2016_0084 and bounded on the East by Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli, which land is mostly situated outside the development zone, is valued at twenty three thousand Euros ( 23,000).
