This includes a cost analysis, as well as a written report outlining supply options, market context, and a recommendation. I believe the recommended offer has been submitted by Nova Energy. This offer was the best received, and reflects projected energy cost savings of $10,465 (20.1%) over the contract term when compared with our current pricing.

3 Shamrock / Taradale Club Poker Update Shamrock Shield: Team selection continues for Season 3 with 4 more weeks for players to stake their claims!! The Shield will be defended by Zabeels Sports Bar on Saturday March 7th. Taradale Club Shootout: Run every 4th Sunday next 3 games: 1 February, 1 March, 29 March TC Sunday Hundy: New $100 buy-in game to be played approximately every 4 to 6 weeks first game: 22 February Members $500 Loyalty Free roll: Run once a season on a Monday night - open to the first 40 Taradale Club members registering on the night. Players receive a bonus 250 starting chips for every poker game played during the season above 3 including monthly & one off games next game: Monday March 23 rd The current snooker room is being investigated as a possible Poker room, but we need to look at specifics of operation and layout. If we can get it comfortable and workable then Poker could move in there immediately and improve it incrementally without over-capitalising. Black Duck 20k June 27/28: Department of Internal Affairs Forms underway. Sunday Hundy: Kicking off on February 22 nd. This will be a straight $100 buy in game run every 4 or 6 weeks depending on other big events. I anticipate a field of initially which will eventually grow to maybe A big pot and good rake to the club will help with solidifying the top end nature of Taradale games. June 4/5 th, 2016 There are a number of other games that may also be available such as the Teams Poker Champs, Ladies Champs etc though these will be looked at closer to the dates Clubs NZ Champs: These will be held on May 30/31 st at the Upper Hutt Cossie Club. I plan to attend to protect hosting rights and with a year to go to our own I am keen to arrange a big turnout. The costs of our organizer & myself would come out of the clubs Poker AP. Club Redesign As discussed previously I have looked at revising the layout of the interior of the main club areas. At this stage we have looked at relocating the sports & TAB area of the club to the eastern part of the building. What this does is it allows us to work more efficiently and also gives a better flow through the club that allows for the better utilisation of the restaurant and lounge bar areas as well as giving the club the ability to utilise the function room for both our shows which are a success and also gives us another revenue centre.

5 EIT Orientation Week (Reprint) The EIT Students Association are in the planning stages of their 2015 Orientation Week. The February Orientation is one of their main events at EIT Hawke s Bay as they welcome new and returning students to EIT over an exciting few days of music, plenty of food, games and competitions. This is also an opportunity to offer students information on services and student discounts in the community. I would like to have a booth at the EITSA Orientation Week on Tuesday 24 th and Wednesday 25 th of February from 11:30 1pm. Typically a site fee of $ will be charged to cover the entire period, however the opportunity is available to waive this fee should we provide a service (BBQ, Giveaways etc) for the students. I would like to organize something in conjunction with our Poker guys to try & attract new members into the club. Taradale Club 2015 Touch Team This is the second year the club has registered in the Taradale Rugby Clubs Social Mixed Touch Module. Results have been mixed!
