1 Annual Golf Membership The Annual Golf Membership is a new membership level available for non-residents only. For an annual fee of $ 7,500, non-residents may enjoy many of the privileges and benefits of a Medallion Membership. Annual Golf Members enjoy the following Medallion Membership Privileges: Year-round golf privileges for cart fee only, with seven-day advanced starting reservations Restriction: Not eligible to participate in Club Championship Events Reciprocal golf privileges May through October at other WCI Communities golf courses and area clubs 20% discount on Golf Shop merchandise at Tiburón Golf Club, excluding sale items Preferred access to The Rick Smith Golf Academy at Tiburón Golf Club plus discounts on all group and individual instructional programs Charging privileges at the Tiburón Golf Shop, Sydney s Pub, Sydney s Restaurant and The Rick Smith Golf Academy Exclusive Member Concierge Program Tiburón is a registered trademark of WCI Communities, Inc. Member is responsible for payment of sales tax applicable to all membership fees and transactions. **Services are subject to change without notice. Service providers are solely responsible for pricing and performance of all services. All references to clubs, golf clubs and membership opportunities and other amenities are subject to fees, dues and availability. Important Notice to Club Members: Access to the swimming pool, sundeck and tennis courts at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples ( Golf Resort ), and the beach shuttle service, are being offered to Members of the Tiburón Golf Club pursuant to agreements with the owners, tenants, affiliates and management of the Golf Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. Club Members rights to use the facilities at the Golf Resort are subject to the Golf Resort s rules and regulations in effect from time to time and the Golf Resort may in its sole discretion prohibit any person who violates such rules and regulations from using any of such facilities. The definitive agreements provide that the Golf Resort may discontinue the availability of hotel services and amenities to Club Members if the principal use of the Golf Resort ceases to be a hotel or lodging place or if there is a default by WCI or its affiliates under the agreements. Please refer to the Club Membership Plan and the Club Rules for a summary of all of these provisions. CLUB MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE OR ACCESS THE SWIMMING POOL, SUNDECK, BEACH FACILITIES OR OTHER FACILITIES AT THE RITZ-CARLTON, NAPLES NOR THE RIGHT TO USE THE HEALTH CLUB FACILITIES AT THE RITZ-CARLTON GOLF RESORT, NAPLES. If The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples changes the use of the property on which the tennis courts are located, the Club Members use of the tennis courts shall terminate, but the Club shall have the right to construct up to two tennis courts upon nearby Club property.
