Directed the network of primary care, urgent care, and occupational health clinics. Created an Independent Practice Association (IPA) and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with over 200 physicians. Developed a board-approved Strategic Plan and Master Facility Plan. CAMBRIDGE MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, Salt Lake City, Utah ( ) Established the company and served as President of Cambridge Management Corporation, a management consulting firm with five partners and several associates, specializing in strategic planning, organizational development, and management training for hospitals, medical clinics, and other clients. Provided consulting services to the State of Utah, Intermountain Health Care, University of Utah, and other companies in the fields of construction, telecommunications, public accounting, oil exploration, venture capital, and retail.
