1 BauGrund takes over property management of the Westarkaden in Freiburg Bonn/Hamburg, 01/09/ The company ImmobilienWerte Hamburg awards the BauGrund Immobilien-Management GmbH the property management mandate for the "Stadtquartier Freiburg" property fund. The "Westarkaden" administration in the west of Freiburg begins on January 1, With this project ImmobilienWerte Hamburg and BauGrund start a collaboration as partners. "At BauGrund, we are very happy to have been awarded this mandate and that ImmobilienWerte puts their trust in us and values our services. This success in sales has encouraged us to continue strengthening our presence throughout the German market," says Jochen Dorner, Head of Sales. BauGrund is responsible for all commercial and technical property management - including letting, managing service providers and especially overseeing warranty claims - for 198 letting units and in total 11,000 square meters of commercial letting space. Renowned tenants in our commercial space include Rewe, dm, Fressnapf and the organic supermarket denn s Biomarkt. As part of this mandate, BauGrund has established a new subsidiary in Freiburg. The team responsible for this project will be supported by the national network of BauGrund and the parent group Aareal Bank AG.

In 2012, Fondshaus Hamburg won the immobilienmanager AWARD in the category "Investment 2012".
