Industry shall submit Board Resolution from company Board within one month, towards increase in investment without obtaining from MPC Board thus violated the provisions of Environmental Laws and in future, they will not do such violations and submit the BG of Rs. 2 lakhs immediately towards compliance of the same. 3. Industry shall carry out detailed study within three months period by engaging reputed third party for control of VOC emissions from 300 tanks & submit BG of Rs.5 lakh towards compliance of same. 4. Industry shall install separate STP for treatment of domestic effluent & upgrade capacity of existing ETP as per trade effluent generation within 3 months and shall submit BG of Rs. 2 lakh each towards compliance of same. 5.
