The company in a time bound manner will implement these conditions. 15 The above conditions will be enforced inter alia under the provisions of the (water prevention &control of pollution) Act1981,the environment( protection) act 1986,Hazardous wastes(management and Handling)Rules2003 and the public Liability Insurance Act 1991 along with their amemedments and rules be submitted to monitoring agencies.
