Maintenance Even though your lashes can last up to 12 weeks, we do recommend that you have maintenance treatments every two to three weeks. Why? Because your natural lashes constantly shed - their individual lifecycle is around 90 days. The maintenance procedure simply adds extra lashes to those places where your natural lashes have completed their natural cycle. 11 Salon Etiquette Salon Arrival Arriving late may make it necessary to limit the time for your treatment so the next client is not delayed. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to check in at reception and prepare to enjoy your treatment. Health Matters Leave the hectic routine behind you, enjoy a feeling of total relaxation and let yourself be pampered. Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or any other health related concerns you may have when making your appointment. Group Bookings We offer 10% discount for group bookings of 4 or more people for treatment packages. Lost Property The Graduate Academy does not take responsibility for client s personal belongings. Any personal belongings left in the treatment rooms and spa area are done so at the owners risk. Cancellation Policy The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Clients will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time. Patch Testing Eyelash and eyebrow services require a currently valid patch test within 6 months of previous treatment, or a patch test 48 hours before tint can be carried out.
