7 ETIQUETTE Opening Hours 6 am-10 pm. Treatment Hours 9 am-9 pm AGE LIMIT Facial treatments are provided for guests over 16 years old, massage and body treatments for guests over 18 years of age. Between 12 and 18 years of age we will require a parent/adult to be present during the treatment process and a signed Parental consent form is required prior treatment. We do not perform treatments to minors under 12 years of age. BOOKING APPOINTMENTS It is advisable to book one day in advance to ensure that your chosen day and time are available. For hotel guests a confirmation card is sent to the guest room the previous evening. CANCELLATION POLICY In case you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, we kindly ask you to give us 4 hours notice.in case of cancellation within 4 hours, 100% cancellation fee will be charged. TIME OF ARRIVAL We recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment to take advantage of the steam and sauna facilities to enhance your spa experience and allow yourself time to prepare. If you arrive late we may not be able to perform the full service, however you will be charged the full fee. HEALTH CONSIDERATION While booking your treatment, please notify our spa receptionist of any health concerns or if you are pregnant. Health Questionnaire should be filled out before all treatments. MOBILE PHONES The spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil environment.
