2 Hello and welcome to a special no fluff guide on how to make money from the most popular video sharing site in the world Youtube. Now if you liked my Facebook Arbitrage guide then you will also love this. The fact of the matter is that there are tons and tons of e-books and products on Youtube but as of now no one has really mastered the art of making money from Youtube. In this guide I am going to walk you through the process of making money from Youtube and how to maximise your profits. By the end of this guide you should be in a position of learning all the ins and outs of making money from Youtube and how to go about setting up an income generating system of videos that will generate you cash each month. Now all of the methods in this video are going to be 100% whitehat and ethical. That means none of these methods are going to get you banned from your CPA Networks or your affiliate company. I am going to try to teach you this system step-by-step without any fluff. I am not going to give you a history of Youtube because there is a ton of material about that on Wikipedia and Google itself. If you are happy to continue then please read on. 3 Getting Started The first thing you need to do is make sure you have all the right tools to make money from Youtube. Now in this guide I am going to show you how to have simple 30 second videos created for you so you can simply upload them. If you hate creating videos yourself (I know I do) then you do not need to worry. However, if you want to upload videos yourself then you can download Windows Movie Maker (which is free) or you can download free video services which make video submission much easier. Simply head over to and - this will turn your content into moving slideshows which you can upload as videos to Youtube. Now without boring you further the first thing we are going to focus on is making money from existing Youtube videos. Now this method involves buying traffic from existing videos and basically linking it to your affiliate offer page or squeeze page depending on what you are promoting. So the first thing we are going to do is head over to and look at what is being searched for. Now this is a really useful tool which shows you the exact phrases that are being searched for on Youtube right now. So in the case of this report we are going to stick with an example of a niche we are going to target. For the purposes of this report I am going to target the tattoo niche and the tongue piercing niche since this is a pretty big niche and there is a large cult market for this.

4 Now as you can see for the keyword tattoo design there are just over 9,800 searches. So what we are going to do at this stage is head over to Youtube and see how much competition there is for this keyword and what kind of videos there are uploaded for this keyword.

5 Now as you can see there are just over 4,900 results for this keyword. This means competition is pretty high and the videos listed on the first page of results are going to be generating a lot of traffic. For example, as you can see the first video has generated over 30,000 views alone in a space of 9 months. Now if we further want to see proof that this is a hot keyword we can also view the videos that were uploaded this week or in the space of 2 months. Now here are the results for the videos that were uploaded this week for this keyword.

6 Now as you can see the top video (which was uploaded 6 days ago, at the time of writing this report) has already generated over views in a short space of time! Now notice the keyword of this video contains the main keyword tattoo designs. We can further look deep into this video and notice where all the traffic is coming from. Now as you can see if you click on the video arrow link we can see where the traffic is coming from. Now on the evidence of these stats it seems that the traffic is coming from Google and the Youtube search. Now another thing you should notice is the actual description of the video. Now remember the more detailed description you put in your video the better it will rank on the search engines.

7 Now as you can see the description of the video is pretty detailed and contains the main keywords. In this case tattoo designs. Also notice the tags of this video. The owner of this video has took advantage of all the main tags for this video. Remember people are going to be typing tattoo designs on the Youtube search bar so it is important you make sure your tags relate to this. Now let s go back and see which videos were uploaded this month for the keyword tattoo designs.

8 Now as you can see these videos were uploaded this month. The top 5 videos have over thousands and thousands of videos and these videos were uploaded within this month. This tells us quite a few things. A) the keyword tattoo designs is hot B) These videos are getting a lot of traffic. Now one way to take advantage of this is to approach the owners of these videos and make them an offer to include your URL link on their description page. Let me now show you an example as to what I mean.

9 As you can see here are all the Youtube search results for the keyword tattoo designs (most viewed videos of all time). Now these videos are generating a lot of traffic and are on the first page. So what you need to do now is firstly find a video that has no URL link and make an offer to the owner of the video. So for example, for the keyword tattoo designs I am going to see if we can contact the owner of the video.

10 As you can see this video has generated just over 182,277 views and it is on the first page on the Youtube search results for the keyword Tattoo designs. Now you should also notice that there is no URL link on the description page for this video. This might mean that the owner of this video is not a marketer and might not be aware of the potential of this video. So now what you can do is simply click on the person s name and contact this person and make them an offer.

11 Now as you can see my subject message includes the words Your Video Donation offer so that it does not seem like spam. Now in your message you are simply going to be making an offer. Do not mention the price you are prepared to pay them in exchange for your URL. Once they reply to you this is where you can negotiate the price. Now I would contact all the owners of the video on the first page of results and make them an offer. If the video already has a URL linked to it then I would not bother contacting them. Now in the case of my example I am going to head over to Clickbank and look for a suitable product I can use for this system.

12 Now as you can see there are lots of products that are related to tattoos. I have highlighted the two products above these has a very high referral rate and gravity rate. Notice that both of these products also have a very high average per sale. Now let s have a look at the landing pages of these products.

13 As you can see this is a very attractive landing page which is most likely to convert.

14 Here is another landing page which is most likely to convert because it is simple and very attractive. It is also very easy to follow. The next thing to do is simply buy a domain name that is related to this niche. Now I would buy a cheap.info domain name and redirect it to your Clickbank affiliate link. So for example, if you bought a domain name such as tattoodesigns4u.info then user would be automatically be redirected to your Clickbank offer. Now this is ONE method of making money from Youtube and it is powerful. Now you can also buy traffic from Youtube users directly by heading over to a website called Fiverr.com (which is getting a lot of good reviews lately). Once you are on the website type the keyword Youtube link on the search bar or add youtube link and you should see people offering to add your URL link to their video.

15 Here is an example of someone who is willing to add your website link to his Youtube channel branded box. This guy also has a lot of positive feedback and he is charging only $5.00 to do this.

16 In this example this guy is willing to put your URL link to 5 of his videos that have millions of views. By utilising the power of existing high viewed videos you are not only saving a lot of time but also increasing the chances of making money. Now you do not need to promote Clickbank offers. You might want to promote CPA offers or might want to build a list and direct it to your squeeze page the possibilities are endless!

17 Youtube SEO and Tags Now the key to getting ranked highly on Youtube is to mess around with the description and the tags page. Your video title, description and tags are going to be crawled and indexed by the search engines and therefore it is important your keyword is listed on all different formats. Now the title of your video needs to contain ALL of the keyword and other keywords associated with it. For example, let s take a look at another keyword that has a lot of searches on Youtube and that keyword is tongue piercing this keyword has just over 54,000 searches a month. This is another cult niche and cult niches are very popular and lucrative at the same time. Now the first thing I am going to do is type in this keyword on the Youtube search bar and see what comes up. As you can see there are a lot of views for this keyword and most of these videos have the main keyword in their video which is tongue piercing.

18 Now I am going to focus on one video from here and see what type of keywords and tags they are using in the video that is helping them to generate a lot of views. As you can see here is an example of a video that was uploaded just over 3 months ago. The video has already generated a large number of views in a short space of time. Now the first thing you should notice is that the title of the video contains the main keyword tongue piercing. However, because there are going to be a large number of people who are going to be naming their video tongue piercing you might want to use

19 Long tailed keywords in your video title. So for example, I would use something like The benefits of tongue piercing watch this video Next notice the Tags of this video. Now you should enter as many tags as possible as this will help people find your video easily. Description page On the description page make sure you include as much information as possible about your video making sure your keyword appears several time in the first paragraph, second and third paragraph. This will help your video appear high on the search engines also.

20 How to generate more views on Youtube by outsourcing Your video views and ratings will be determined by the number of people who rate and comment on your video. An easier way to get more views on your Video is to actually get people to vote and comment on your video. Now there are lots of websites out there you can use where you can hire people for pennies to rate and comment on your video. Now the 2 sites that I want to talk about that will allow you to get massive results for pennies are: Micro Workers Now the first thing you need to do is register on both of these websites. Take a few minutes to walk through these sites and familiarise yourself. As you can see above this is the homepage of Microworkers.

21 Now the first thing you need to do is click Register for free to make a free account. Now in a nutshell this website is simply a freelance site that is targeted at workers who are looking for small simple jobs and want to earn a bit of money. The possibilities for this website are endless Here is the other website that you need to register and familiarise yourself with. Now to register on this website you simply need to click the Requester link on this website. This is also a marketplace for work and is an opportunity for people to make money from simple data-entry jobs. I am going to show you how you can leverage both of these websites for massive results. Now heading back to Microworkers.com here is a screenshot from the website.

22 As you can see people are making money from their CPA offers. They are posting simple tasks and people are signing up and completing their offers for them. The prices that you will have to offer will be higher than on mechanical Turk but the quality of work you can have done is also higher. As you can see here people are paying literally pennies for simple tasks. This screenshot is taken from Mechanical Turk. On this site you can offer a much lower cost per action activities and have lots more people fulfil the tasks.

23 Take a few minutes to browse the website and look what other people are doing and the rates they are charging. Once you are set up with both websites lets get into using them to get more traffic and better SEO rankings. Now the sad part about Youtube is that most people who upload videos generally get very few views. The reason is that there are millions and millions of Youtube videos and people are uploading videos on Youtube every second! So how do you get your video noticed? Now there are 2 main ways to do this. The first one has been around and talked about for a while but I need to go over it because it is still tremendously powerful. If you find a video in your niche that is getting a ton of views (from Youtube itself or the video is ranked high on Google) then you can simply add your video as a video response. You will simply be piggy backing off the traffic that is already coming to that popular video. This is not a course on how to create a video because I would have to end up writing too much! However, a very simple way to make videos is to simply use Jing. If you don t want to make a slideshow for your video, making simple mindmaps also work for great for videos. Simply check out MindMeister which is a free site that allows you to

24 create mind map videos. If you combine those 2 tools you will be able to make videos on the fly that look professional as well as informative. So video responses is one way to steal traffic from those videos that are already getting tons and tons of views. The next way to do this is to mimic the video. Well what I mean by this is simply focus on the related videos section on Youtube which pops up right next to all the videos on Youtube. In order to do this it is very simple. What you want to do is make your listing as similar as you can to the popular video. So for example, you will need to copy the tags that they are using as well as most of their description. Now the key here is to add their description at the very end of your description so that the viewer would have to click on the more link to read it. The main thing you need to make sure is that your link URL needs to be visible e.g. format in order for it to be clickable! Now here is where we are going to take advantage of the sites with the really cheap workers. All you need to do is head over to Mechanical turk and create a HIT. For the Hit we are going to have them rate and

25 comment on your video. Now this will not only help it rank better on Youtube but will also get the ball rolling for other people to rate and comment. So the first thing you need to do is head over to Mechanical Turk and start a HIT for $ $0.10 for every time someone rates and comments on your video. This isn t the easiest thing to track so start off slow. Set your limit at $5.00 to get the ball rolling. Always start off slow with this because the videos can start to take off on their own. There is no reason to pay people to do a bunch of work when real people will take care of it for you. So basically now you know how to clone someone s Youtube listing and get people to start rating and commenting on your videos. This can start an AVALANCHE of traffic if done right. This whole method revolves around having the cpa offer you are linking to match up with the video that you are promoting. To do this you have to think a little outside the box because people who are on YouTube are there for entertainment usually. Offers that work well are any type of or zip submit. The lower the barrier to entry (for you to get paid) the more money you will make. I have found that broad and universally appealing offers have a higher success rate with YouTube traffic. Again you can head over to sites like Fivvrr.com and look for people who are willing to comment and rate your video for just $5.00. Here are some examples.

27 The possibilities are endless. You are literally paying anywhere from pennies to a small handful of dollars and generating lots of views to your videos. How to get more people clicking onto your video! Have you ever browsed Youtube and clicked on a certain video just because of the image? For example, take a look at a snapshot of a section from Youtube right now and you will see certain picture snapshots tend to generate a lot of views.

28 As you can see the picture of the girl in her bikini has generated just over 45,439 views and the image of the woman showing laser treatment on her hair has generated over 15,000 views in a short space of time. Now in order to generate a lot of clicks to your video make sure you use an image that would attract a lot of attention. A bright red image of something funny. E.g. a guy or a girl laughing pulling a funny face A girl dancing or a guy doing something crazy An image of an animal doing something funny. An image of something funny. Now when you choose to create your video with Windows Movie maker or any other application you need to include the image halfway through your video. So for example, if your video was 30 seconds long then you would include the funny image 15 second into the movie so when Youtube chooses to index the video it will show up as a thumbnail on the Youtube

29 search results. Tip Remember brighter colours will attract a lot of attention especially the colour red. The funnier the image the more people who are going to be curious to watch your video Some videos are controversial. E.g. it seems as though it is a video on something specific but it is really something else.

30 Youtube Bulletin Feature Did you know that Youtube also has a bulletin feature that allows you to broadcast your message to anyone who has subscribed to your video? As you can see here is an example of a bulletin feature (highlighted). As you can see if I type a message in the message box my bulletin will be posted to over 21 subscribers and 4 friends. This means all of these people will see my message on their recentactivity feeds, on their recent-activity module (on their homepage) and through an digest (if they have opted in). Now this is powerful because it means each time you post a new video you will be getting lots of views if you post a bulletin.

31 CPA Lead + Youtube It is also possible to make a lot of money from CPA Lead and combining it with Youtube. Amazon is an example of a popular affiliate network that provides links and banners so that users can add them to their website. When someone makes a purchase through their affiliate link they get a commission. (More on CPA Lead in a moment). The great thing about Amazon is that it is a well known marketplace and everyone around the world trusts Amazon as a reputable company. Now when it comes to market research Amazon is the best company and Ebay Pulse. However, with this strategy I tend to focus on Free Software. So the first thing you need to do is click on Computers and Office then the Software link.

32 Next click on Bestsellers this will show you all the software that is currently doing really well. So the best thing to do now is to take advantage of the popularity of this.

33 As you can see (above) here is a list of the Software that is currently doing really well in terms of sales. People are buying this Software in huge numbers and therefore, the list helps to illustrate this. For example, MS Office 2007 is still number one (not surprised!). Now on this page there are over 25 Software titles that are listed If you set a campaign each for each Software you can make an absolute killing! Another way I find hot products is to use the power of Google News. Now Google News is excellent to find out about new gadgets and new software that is out. Here is a snapshot (at the time of writing) of what is hot right now in Google news and what is being talked about. I am going to focus on the Sci- Tech category just to see what is being talked about for example, is there any new Software that is being released to the market?

34 As you can see Sony Ericsson Vivaz smartphone has just been released and I expect a lot of people are going to be buying this. The Iphone 4 is also set to launch and a lot of people are going to be buying that too.

35 Another good place to do your research is to use the power of Google Insights.

36 As you can see Google Insights has lots of options. Now I am going to stick to my example here. I am going to target Software and I am going to search this within the last 7 days so we have fresh data. Now as you can see on the right hand side you can see the rising searches for software that are popular. For example, at the top you can see that sheppard software is popular right now and has a 60% search percentage.

37 Now if we head over to Google and type in Sheppard software we can see that there are just over 221,000 results which means you can immediately set up a campaign on CPA Lead and find this software and start promoting this. Also notice from the top searches the most popular search is free software. That means people are constantly looking for free software and are prepared to do anything to find out (even if it means filling out CPA offers!) Now I am going to enter the phrase downloads to see what else people are searching for in terms of downloadable products.

38 As you can see in the rising searches people are typing all types of phrases from font downloads to Yahoo music. Now I am going to head over to Google and use their suggestion tool to see what people are actually typing on Google in relation to downloads. Now the great thing about Google Suggestion tool is that anything you type in relation to your keyword from A-Z there will always be a suggestion. For example, Download A, download B.etc. Now I am going to pick an example here.

39 For example, if we type in the keyword download Itunes. On Google we can see the suggestion tool comes up with lots of different keywords. As you can see the suggestion tool has suggested that Download Itunes vouchers is searched a lot of times. Now to back this claim up I am now going to head over to Google Keyword Selector tool and see if this is true. I am simply going to type in Itunes voucher. As you can see there is a global monthly search volume of 33,100 which is enough to suggest that people are typing this on Google. Now the next thing I am going to do is head over to Youtube and type the keyword on their search bar just to see if people are typing this on Youtube.

40 As you can see people are typing this on Youtube also. Now I am going to go back to Amazon and go back to the list of the top 25 software. Now as you can see the software turbo tax is number 2 so we are going to focus on that for now.

41 Now I am going to head over to Google Keyword Selector tool and type in Turbo Tax.

42 Now remember this is a hot product and Amazon proves it because it is a best seller. Now as you can see there are lots of searches in relation to turbo tax. So this means there are lots of searches in relation to this. Now I am going to head over to Youtube Keyword tool to see if there are any searches for turbo tax.

43 Now as you can see according to Youtube s keyword tool there are just over 5800 monthly searches for this. This is excellent news and proves that people are typing this in. We can further back this claim up by heading over to Youtube and use their suggestion keyword tool. This proves it that people are actually typing this in.

44 We can narrow this down further and see people are actually typing in other different keywords in relation to this main keyword. As you can see people are typing in keywords such as turbo tax 2009 for free or turbo tax 2009 download or even turbo tax review. So these are the keywords I am going to take just to keep things simple. Now what I am going to do at this stage is head over to Google images and look for tutorial type pictures. For example, we want people to click on your video once you upload it to Youtube. So what we are going to do is search for pictures that make it out as though it is a tutorial for Turbo Tax. For example, head over to Google images and type in Turbo tax

45 As you can see I have highlighted the images that look like a tutorial. So next thing to do is save these images on your desktop. And then open Windows Movie Maker.

46 Next simply drag the tutorial image of the desktop that you find on Google images and drag it to your timeline. Make sure you set it to about 1 minute. Next click create titles and credits and you can put something that looks like this. Then click Add Title until you see something that looks like this (see below).

47 Or you might want to put some arrows like this You might want to change the colour and fonts either way it is up to you. The next thing to do is save this as a template and remove the image and add another image this will speed things up if you are going to create videos for your other keywords. Once you have created your movie save your movie and simply convert it so that is ready to be uploaded to Youtube. Now before you upload it you need to create your landing page. So I simply head over to WEEBLY.com and create a simply page. I am going to give it a title Turbo Tax Now once you have created your simple landing page it should look something that looks like this. Now this is before the widget code was applied

48 Where it says Click here to Begin your download you need to link this to an external file. So what I do at this stage is I head over to Google and type in Download Turbo tax free.

49 Since we are going to be directing people to an external website i.e. we are not going to host the software since that would breach copyright and that is illegal however we are simply referring people here to download the free software. So for example, the first link (as you can see above) offers users a lite version of the software which happens to be free. So I would link that to the click here to download text and then add the widget until your page looks something like this. Now when it comes to content you can simply paste the content from a website. Since we are not focusing on getting our site ranked on Google we are simply going to rely the traffic from Youtube. Or you can download someone to a torrent either way it is up to you. Now at this stage you will need to upload your Youtube video.

50 Here is an example of the Youtube video I uploaded. As you can see the keyword of my video relates to the keywords I talked about earlier. And that is how you make money from CPA Lead and Youtube

51 Youtube + Google Trends Another great way to cash in from Youtube is to combine it with the power of Google Trends. As you can see here is a snapshot of the current popular searches according to Google Trends. This is what people are searching for right now on Google. Now what you need to do is target a keyword from Google Trends and upload a simple video using Windows Movie Maker or Animoto So for example, as you can see one of the most popular keywords right now, according to Google Trends is the keyword david blaine levitation revealed. Now at the time of writing if we type this keyword on Google we can see that there is hardly any competition for this keyword.

52 Now if we head over to Youtube and type in this keyword we can see that people have already started to submit videos for this keyword since it is hot.

53 So what you can do is simply find a bunch of images on David Blaine and use Windows Movie maker or Animoto to upload a video. Make sure you use the keywords in the title of the video and the tags.

54 There are also lots of other ways to make money from Youtube. For example, one of the most popular methods is to use Ringtone CPA offers and upload music videos. Let me show you an example. Now as a big music fan I am always on the look out for brand new music. There are sites where you can find music that has not even been released. Here are two of my favourite sites (since I am a big hiphop/rnb fan). Let me show you an example. As you can see here are all the latest tracks that are out. Now what I am going to do is find a track and see how much competition there is on Youtube. Now as you see I have highlighted the track Tiffany Evans Uplifting.

55 As you can see there are just 3 videos uploaded for this song. Not many people know about this song. So what you can do is simply find a few pictures of this music artist and upload the MP3 file. Now make sure you be careful here. We are not going to be uploading the actual video as you will get in trouble for copyright. However, we are simply going to be sharing the actual mp3 song. So the next thing to do is download Windows Movie Maker. Now as an example here is what I did for my music video (which is still generating a lot of views and you can see so yourself at Once you have downloaded Windows Movie Maker simply open the application until you see a screen like this (see below).

56 Now the first thing we are going to do is add the Audio file to our video so simply click the Audio or Music option. Once you have done that simply click pictures and find a suitable picture that you can add on your video. You might want to include a picture throughout your video (which is common).

57 The next thing to do is drag your picture at the bottom of your video and your music. At this stage we are not going to add anything to our video. For example, Windows Movie Maker allows you to water mark the video. However, I prefer to use the features Youtube provides when it comes to adding text to your video. So once you have done everything simply save your video and have it ready to be published to Youtube. Now publishing to Youtube is pretty much easy. Once you have your video ready simple head over to Youtube.

58 Simply click Upload Video.

59 Next simple enter your video details. Now make sure the title of your video matches the name of the song. Add all the relevant keywords and make sure you add things like HQ and NEW. If you type in Tony Collins whine for me on Youtube you should see my video on the Youtube search results. Now I can simply leave this video on complete Autopilot and I will start generating lots of views and the more ratings and comments my video receives the better the chance of making money. Now it is time to plug in your CPA offer. Now there are two ways you can make money. You can either direct people

60 to a Ringtone offer. Simply by a cheap domain name for just over $1.00 (.info domain name) and link it to a CPA Affiliate offer. Now on your Youtube description page you can put something like download this hot ringtone yourdomain.com Make sure you do NOT use the word FREE as many CPA Companies are strict on using keywords like this so be careful. As you can see I have added the relevant keywords in my video and on my description page I have added the domain name which is linked to my CPA offer. Here is the landing page for my CPA offer.

61 People love downloading ringtones. You can set up several brand new video sites and dominate your market and plug in your CPA Ringtone offers. Now the great thing about this method is the speed at which you can be indexed on the FIRST PAGE of Google in no time. For example, if you type in whine for me Tony Collins on Google you will see that my video that I uploaded is on the FIRST PAGE

62 As you can see Google has quickly indexed my video. The more ratings and views my video receives the higher I will be ranked on Google. This is simply powerful and this swipe strategy can be used for other music songs.

63 Youtube Annotations Feature The Youtube Annotations feature is powerful and you should take advantage of this as much as you can. As you can see the Annotations feature allows you to add text and change the background colour of your label. I have added the text Download The HOT Ringtone and Win A Free Iphone (if you want user to also click on another CPA link on your description page). Once you have added your annotations simply click Publish. As you can see now our video has the Annotation feature included throughout the video.
