Most of the things I teach you in my WSO have been applied in real life in my offline consulting business. We have a dedicated team of professionals who are offering all kinds of services. In my latest WSO I am going to show you how to profit from a lucrative market where people are making a lot of money lead generation. I have already launched a WSO on lead generation but this one follows a different business model. If you are serious about making money from offline consulting then you need to read on. 3 Why Lead Generation? WSO Offline Lead Profits 3 Lead generation is one of the most lucrative ways to make money offline. Small to medium sized businesses are constantly in need of leads what better way to generate leads yourself and then profit from this? If you don t know what lead generation is all about then in a nutshell it is simply getting customers for business owners you simply do the marketing for them and then pass on the leads for a cut. With lead generation everyone is a winner your client (customer you target), You (you are going to make money from your offline client) and business owner (they will have good quality leads). Some generation consulting companies have had a very bad name in recent years because what used to happen was so called marketing consultants promised to generate x amount of leads and then business owners ended up paying thousands of dollars for non existent leads.

Local business owners are desperate for good quality leads so they can make profits. For example, a plumber might be interested in 50 leads if these 50 customers need something fixing or need a boiler repaired then these are potential money paying customers for the Plumber. If you are aware plumbers can charge between $1000-$20,000 for a job so these guys will be prepared to pay big money for leads the right customer is essential. In the first part of this WSO I am going to show you exactly how to get started with this system and then the types of offline businesses to target, without having to do any face to face selling or cold calling. Please read on.

5 Finding the Right Offline Client WSO Offline Lead Profits 5 So how do we get started with this offline system? The first thing you need to do is target the right offline clients who are going to be willing to pay you good money for these leads. The following types of companies are always in need of leads or new business. Driving Instructors Plumbers (as mentioned before) Massage Therapists Gym Instructors Lawyers (More on this later in the report) Real Estate The first thing you need to do is head over to Google and type in the type of business you are going to focus on. In this WSO I am going to focus on Driving Instructors.

The ones on the right hand side under sponsored links are the driving instructors that are serious about getting more customers. Therefore, these are the people we need to contact. So let s pick a driving instructor and check out their website.

7 WSO Offline Lead Profits 7 Looking at this driving instructors website we can already see that they are serious about their business don t offend them by telling them they have a crap website! (The last thing you want is to have this instructor drive over to your house and start insulting you!) We need to focus on how they are currently trying to get more clients. We see that they have a pretty basic Facebook page (not Timeline ready), and they are also using a QR code. However, I am sure you will agree that this is not the most user friendliest website in the world but

8 WSO Offline Lead Profits 8 the driving instructors are still spending money to get customers. You need to spend money to make money. Let s take a look at their Facebook page. Driving-School/

If you have purchased a few of my past WSOs I extensively talk about Facebook marketing since this WSO is not about Facebook I will just scratch the surface here. The first thing we need to ask ourselves the question. How is this business generating leads for their website? If we take a look at their contact link m the owner has used a basic form on their website.

10 WSO Offline Lead Profits 10 This is pretty poor because the form should be on the homepage and the current online tools they are using to generate leads are not good enough! So how can we rescue this business owner? How can we contact this offline business to offer them a lead generation service? Before I show you I will show you how to come up with a simple lead generating strategy to offer to a local business owner.

11 Forming a Lead Generation Strategy WSO Offline Lead Profits 11 The first thing you need to do before anything else is form a lead generation strategy for the business owner. The main thing you need to do is decide on how you are going to focus in generating these leads for the Local driving instructor. Here are all the different options. PPC Using Facebook Ads Targeting Local people who want to learn how to drive Organic search engine marketing Register a good keyword rich domain name, get it on the first page and promote the page, gather the leads and then sell the leads to the business owner Flyer Marketing Set up a local flyer marketing campaign your local area so people can come on to your website and opt in. Squeeze Page Use a squeeze page and start promoting it through classified ads, online forums, social media etc.

12 WSO Offline Lead Profits 12 Newspaper Advertising Advertise in local newspapers on behalf of Local businesses. You create the ad and then direct potential customers to the squeeze page So for driving instructors I might want to set up a simple keyword rich website and add content to the website, and a contact form so I can start capturing leads. The target market is going to be people who want to learn how to drive. So let s take a look at the above client. The Driving instructor covers the whole area of Birmingham more or less so it would be wise to pick a domain name that would help to rank on the search engines. Looking at the research tools Google Keyword Tool this keyword generates quite a lot of searches.

13 WSO Offline Lead Profits 13 It would be wise to grab a keyword rich domain for this keyword. What better way to grab a.co.uk or a.com? Since the.co.uk is taken I am going to simply grab the.com. (Many UK marketing consultants like me prefer to grab the.co.uk because we are focusing on UK offline clients). I have therefore, registered drivinginstructorinbirmingham.com.

When it comes to content you can add the following:- Articles Videos Images (stock photos) Opt in Form You can outsource the entire content creation on Fiverr. I will have a special section on outsourcing in this WSO where I show you the best Fiverr Gigs. For now I have added basic content on my website.

15 WSO Offline Lead Profits 15 I created this simple opt in form using Aweber and it only took 5 minutes. You can also customise the form using Aweber so it matches the offline client you are targeting. The number field is important as this will allow your offline clients to call the prospect rather than just rely on . If you don t wish to use a Wordpress website then you can always use an easy to use website builder. You can create a simply website with all the added features for just $10.00 a month.

16 Getting your site on Google WSO Offline Lead Profits 16 Once you have your website ready with all the relevant content the next thing you need to do is have it on the first page of Google. I know several SEO experts who can get your site on the first page. If you want me to tell you more then simply contact me. However, having said this there are several high quality Fiverr Gigs you can use to give your site a boost in the search engines. From my experience the best way to get your site showing on Google is with articles and backlinks. The more relevant articles and backlinks you have the higher your site will climb in the search engines. However, you do not need to wait for your site to start showing up on Google. 19 WSO Offline Lead Profits 19 Generating Leads For Offline Clients In this section I am going to show you how to go about in generating leads for your offline clients. In this case the clients are going to be Driving Instructors I am going to pass leads on to them using my online marketing techniques. Forums The first place to generate good leads is to go on driving related forums. Here you will find people who will be interested in driving and want to find any driving schools in their local area. One of the main forums I use to find students who will be interested in driving is There are a lot of students who use this forum and there are students who want to learn how to drive. This forum has nearly 1 million members, and is a very active forum.

20 WSO Offline Lead Profits 20 So how do you go about getting their attention? There is a special section on this particular forum called Motoring. Do not start spamming. Once you find a section on a forum that would be ideal to generate leads all you need to do firstly is to contribute and get involved in a discussion. The first thing I do is look for questions that would relate to your aim. So for example, take a look at the screenshot below and you will see I have highlighted the relevant questions.

All you would need to do is register the correct keyword rich domain name and then get this person s attention. Here is a typical reply I would give to him!

Just enter your name, and number and then they will give you a call to arrange a lesson with you. I hope that helps, and good luck in finding a new instructor! And that is all you need to say. You will be surprised as to how many opt ins you will get! Remember, each opt in you generate is a LEAD for the potential offline client and that will convert to money. I will talk about pricing your lead service later on in this WSO. You might want to focus on different areas, like cities in your area. For example, in the UK the top cities are London, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Liverpool so

24 WSO Offline Lead Profits 24 potentially I will purchase domain names that relate to each corresponding location. Can you see where I am heading here? Your aim is to create a huge network of different locations that you can generate leads for. So for example, I might have a website set up at mydomainnameliverpool.co.uk or mydomainnamenewcastle.co.uk and I can then generate opt ins for each location. This is why forums are excellent for generating opt ins if you do it the RIGHT way WITHOUT spamming! Why do you think so many people are giving away FREE stuff on the Warrior Forum? They are generating leads every single day and this is what you need to do. In some sections of certain forums you might want to offer FREE advice and give people a gift of some sort. For example, if you are going to be generating leads for Real Estate Agents then you

25 WSO Offline Lead Profits 25 might want to give a free E-book that reveals free tips on buying homes or something. I will show you how to do this later on in this WSO. When you are generating leads through forums make sure you have your own way of deciding on which forums you are going to use. I usually type in the keyword on Google and then type in something like Plumbers Forum and this immediately gives me the results of all the relevant forums in my country. So for example, if you are going to focus on USA offline clients then you can type in something like plumbers USA Forums.

26 Yahoo Answers WSO Offline Lead Profits 26 Another brilliant resource you can tap into is Yahoo Answers. Here people are always asking questions in relation to almost anything! The cool thing about Yahoo Answers is that it allows you to answer questions and then give a link to a URL (that changes into a hyper link). Again, you need to make sure that you do not simply start spamming this it s evil to do that!

27 WSO Offline Lead Profits 27 Here are some potential lead generators for us. These questions are pretty new. Yahoo Answers is a goldmine that you can tap into and generate bucket loads of leads remember all

PPC - Facebook You can also generate leads using PPC using Facebook. I intend to launch a WSO on this soon but for now I am going to leave this area. You will need to invest in PPC to generate quality leads. If you would be interested in me teaching you this then please me. If I generate some interest I will show you exactly how to go about doing this. Newspaper Advertising A great way to generate leads for your offline client is to advertise using local newspapers. I am not aware of the rates for your local newspaper but you can ask them to create an ad for you.

29 WSO Offline Lead Profits 29 Want A Cheap Driving Instructor? Your First Lesson FREE! First 10 People Only! Go to Here is an example of an ad that would get a lot of opt ins. If you are going to offer FREE driving lessons then make sure you are going to be agreeing to sell these leads to the offline client if they are happy to offer FREE lessons to 10 people. The last thing you want is your offline clients to be angry at you. P.S You might want to choose to focus on a completely different niche to that of driving instructors!

30 Classified Sites WSO Offline Lead Profits 30 You can also use classified sites such as Gumtree or Craigslist.org and look for potential leads for your lead generation business. This is someone on Gumtree looking for a cheap driving instructor. He has also left his cell phone number. Would it hurt to send him an SMS with a link to your website and get him to opt in? Of course not! (more on classified sites later in this WSO). In the next section of this WSO I am going to show you how to go about approaching your offline clients offering your lead generation service.

31 Approaching Offline Clients WSO Offline Lead Profits 31 In this section I am going to show you how to go about approaching offline clients and offering them your lead generation service. Let s focus on the client above. Please refer to swipe file 1. In this swipe file you should notice that I have used the backdoor free approach. This involves offering your potential offline client FREE leads so they won t say no to you later on. By offering them 5 free leads you are putting your money where your mouth is and showing them that you are confident in your service. I have used this strategy a lot of times with great results. I always get clients saying yes to this. You can use the swipe file and simply hand it to your outsourcer they can your client on Facebook or via their website. Or if you know any good cold callers (and I have wrote a WSO on outsourcing) you can always hire

32 WSO Offline Lead Profits 32 them to call businesses and use this strategy to get your foot in the door. The Drip Method Approach The other approach I have used and I have had good results with is called the Drip method. This method involves going to classified websites such as Craigslist.org or Gumtree and looking for Driving Instructors who have advertised their service. For example, let s take a look at Gumtree as an example.

So how would you go about approaching this Driving Instructor? I m not a big fan of cold calling unless I have someone doing it for me but if I was to approach him via Gumtree I would say something like this. 35 WSO Offline Lead Profits 35 Here are some more ads where driving instructors are looking for people who are looking for driving instructors hour-driving-lesson-here-now/ By using this drip free approach you will be approaching fresh offline clients who would be hungry for leads. In the next section of this WSO I am going to show you how to go about pricing your lead generation service.

36 WSO Offline Lead Profits 36 Pricing Your Lead Generation Service In order to get a fair idea on how to price your lead generation service you might want to see what your competitors are charging. There are some marketing consultants out there charging ridiculous money for leads. I usually offer leads at $20 a pop. (Being in the UK I would charge 20.00). Here is a service that is charging just 2.79 per lead. I don t know whether the quality of their leads is any good but you can get a fair idea on what existing companies are doing. Generally, you as a lead generator for Driving Instructors will agree to do all the necessary online marketing, flyer marketing (if you want to do that), and other online marketing methods to generate these leads and then you charge your own price.

There are so many different markets you can tap into with your lead generation service. Do you know someone who needs a website? Do you know someone who needs SEO? Do you know someone who needs a high quality logo?

38 WSO Offline Lead Profits 38 Do you need someone who needs a Lawyer? Can you see where I am heading at? The lead generation market is huge and you can dominate this by focusing on a niche and charging your own prices. In the next section of this WSO I am going to show you how you can outsource this system and hire people to generate leads for you.

39 WSO Offline Lead Profits 39 Outsourcing Your Lead Generation Service You can outsource your lead generation service easily by hiring people to make calls for you. There are two options here. 1. You can hire people to start contacting offline clients and offer your lead generation service 2. Or you can hire people to start getting people to your squeeze page i.e. target people who want to learn how to drive I think the second option is easy because all you need is opt ins to your opt in form page on your website and then once you have those opt ins you simply pass on these leads to business owners.
