Sizes -71, designed for installation in false-ceilings, feature very compact dimensions and extremely low noise levels, thanks to the internal and external insulation. In addition, the units feature a large number of accessories that simplify installation and respond to a variety of different system needs. CERTIFIED QUALITY SYSTEM UNI EN ISO 91:8

2 - 71 STANDARD UNIT SPECIFICATIONS STRUCTURE «ALUZINK» cabinet complete with anchoring brackets. Internal open cell polyurethane soundproofing, external closed cell polyurethane anti-condensate lining and heat insulation. INTERNAL EXCHANGER Finned exchanger, made from copper pipes arranged in staggered rows and mechanically expanded for better adherence to the collar of the fins. The fins are made from aluminium with a special corrugated surface, set a suitable distance apart to ensure maximum heat exchange efficiency. FAN Centrifugal double screw 3-speed fan, statically and dynamically balanced (2/1/5 single-phase). FILTRATION Flat filter, made up of a galvanized plate frame with galvanized and electricwelded protective mesh, and regenerable filtering media made from polyester fibre sized with synthetic resins. 8 - 71 accessories (V2)-V 3 way valve kit for 2 tube system Three way valve with proportional servo-control - V powered at 24 V with room heat regulation function by means of modulation of the flow of water into the coil. When the set point is reached, the valve stays completely closed, taking the unit off the circuit. The servo-control, of a bi-directional electrical type, is complete with a three-wire connection cable, and consists of a plastic base and cover. The ring nut system makes it possible to connect the servo-control to the valve without the requirement for any special tools. The shaft of the valve is activated by rotating a screw that is connected, via a series of gears, to a synchronous bidirectional motor. It can also be activated manually with the appropriate Allen wrench. The valve kit is supplied with an insulating polyethylene shell that thermally insulates the valve to prevent the formation of condensation. All connection tubes are easy to install thanks to a gasket system with ring nut and flared tube. The kit is also provided with a V transformer to power the servo-control. The renewal air regulation is obtained by a coupled air lock, eventually motorized. The plenum is suitable to be installed with fresh air intake on both sides (right and left) rotating it of before the coupling with the base unit the regulating handle is an optional supplied on the indoor air inlet side. On the opposite side a bolt suitable for servo-control is supplied. C CF A B C A B 4 (MCRX)Air discharge plenum for circular ducts This section makes easy the unit connections when is request the air distribution throw the circular ducts. It can be fixed directly to the discharge flange or after the heating coil section, when installed. It is made of galvanized steel casing with 3 flanges (4 flanges for unit size 41 and 51). They are sized to obtain an air speed of about 4-6 m/s in the circular ducts (with nominal air flow and using all the collars). 2 (EH )Electric heating coil Whenever hot water is not available, the electric heating elements can be used for the purposes previously described. It is supplied with the circuit breaker, electronic control card and safety thermostat against overheating. It has a galvanized sheet housing and finned aluminium heating elements, giving a fast and uniform heat diffusion. Please see the available capacities in the following table. Air side pressure drop, depending from capacity, is variable between minimum 5 Pa to maximum Pa. N.B. the electric heating elemets need tension of 4/3/5Hz +/- %. In fact in extreme winter conditions the ambient temperature may fall below the minimum operating range of the unit or the unit may not operate at an economically viable conditions. The hot water coil is designed to be fitted to the ductwork or directly to the discharge flange. This section may be fitted with right or left side connections. N.B. For headers with connections ont he right side the units front section increase. This section is mabe of a galvanized steel frame and the coil is made of copper tubes and aluminium fins. 11 - 71 (CV3FS)Electronic version with 3-speed board for the fan The version with the three-relay card, indispensable for the use of the unit with the thermostats of the series HID-E2, HID-E3, HID-E4, makes it possible to isolate the voltage to the electric fan, thus preventing it from passing directly to the thermostat. This solution has been implemented to prevent voltage overloads at the thermostat, which would occur with connection directly to the electric fan. 12 - 71 (CTS)CLIVET TALK TERMINAL electronic for HID-T2 or HID-T3 thermostats(elfocontrol) This is a card for control of the unit which, in addition to basic functions, allows it to be connected to a network of similar units managed centrally by ELFOControl, which in turn can be connected to a supervisor, moreover it can also manage a linked mini-net,of maximum 8 units, by RS485 or Wireless serial ports, with a Master-Slave system. This type of electronic card is suited for communicating via RS485 or wireless if connected to SP1 or SPZB devices. The microprocessor control installed in the unit receives operating settings from one of the following devices: HID-T2 - room control for wall installation HID-T3 - room control for wall installation with humidity probe ELFOControl Its functions are: - control of minimum temperature of system water temperature - manual or automatic control of fan speed - control of ON-OFF water valve - digital input for remote on/off function or winter/summer - control of fan / actuator of external air shutter - on/off control of electrical heating element or cumulative alarm relay. The room temperature probe includes the ClivetTalkTerminalSpace electronics. The plug-in card is provided standard on this unit. It provides the modulating -v signal for the management of proportional water valves or electrical heating elements optional accessory (HID-T2)HID-T2 electronic ambient control The HID-T2 room thermostat makes it possible to interface with the regulation module of units equipped with Clivet- TalkTerminal Space electronics and to manage one or more thermostat units. The room thermostat allows the following functions: -Setting of desired temperature - Selection of the three speeds (MIN - MED - MAX) manually or automatically -On/off _ Change Summer/winter automatically or manually with digital input - Selection of economic operation -Setting of unit operation parameters -Setting of fan-only mode -Control of external air shutter and control of motorized air outlet grille, if present -Management of diagnostics with specific code for type of error (HID-TI3)HID-TI2 flush-mounted electronic ambient control The built-in room control HID-TI2 allows direct link with the regulation module ClivetTalkTerminal Space and allows managing of one or more units. The thermostat is linked to the unit through a shielded wire at the maximum distance of mt. (HID-T3)HID-T3 electronic ambient control The HID-T3 room climate control makes it possible to interface with the regulation module of units equipped with ClivetTalkTerminal Space electronics and to manage one or more thermostat units.
