There is also a limited number of spaces for grade exams. Please get your entry in as early as possible to secure your spot. Grade Examinations We are pleased to again offer grade examinations as part of the Dance for Life feis. This year we will have a limited number of slots available. Preliminary and Open Championship will dance 3 rounds: Hard Shoe, Soft Shoe & Set. Each round will be awarded separately. The combined scores for all three rounds will award trophy.

Dancing Competition Rules 1. Rules 1-29 adopted by North American Feis Commission are included by reference. 2. Competitors must be in the hall, prepared to dance, one hour prior to the scheduled beginning of their event. 3. Dancers who appear in competitions for which they are not registered will not be eligible for placement or awards. 4. When awards are announced from the stage, competitors must be in costume, including dance shoes, to receive their awards. 5. Scoil Rince Slieveloughane, the Bellevue School District, the Feis Committee and anyone associated with the Committee in putting on the Feis, shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred before, during, or after the feis, by any participants or by anyone attending the event.
