Exhibitors are alone responsible for the accuracy and eligibility for their entries. The organisers have taken all reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. Each exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any loss, injury or damage that may be done to, or occasioned by, or arising from any animal, article or property exhibited or brought on to the Showground by him and he shall indemnify and hold harmless the company from and against all actions, suits, expenses and claims on account of or in respect of any such damage or injury which may be so caused or occasioned. The company, its directors, officers or servants will not be liable for any errors or mistakes that may happen in placing or penning the stock or articles to be exhibited but the servants in charge of the same must see that they are placed according to their entries. 8 RULES OF THE LIVESTOCK SECTIONS 1. All entries (sheep and horse section) must be received by the 07/06/15. No entries will be accepted after this date. 2. All stock must be bone fide property of the exhibitor and must have been in their possession for at least two months prior to the date of Show. 3. No person will be allowed in the judging rings except the Judges and the Stewards in charge. 4. The committee reserves the right to refuse any Entry Form improperly or insufficiently filled. 5. Objections as to the age and/or qualifications, of an exhibit or exhibitor, must be made in writing and lodged with the Secretary not later than 3 p.m. together with a deposit of 10 on the day of the Show. 6. The Committee will decide on any objections before the end of the show. If objections are upheld deposits will be returned. 7. All exhibits will be at the sole risk of the owner, and the Committee will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury thereto due to any cause whatsoever. 8. Persons competing in any event do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any animal or exhibit belonging to them or in their care. 9. All stock will be supplied with appropriate cards at the Sections Secretary s tent upon arrival. 10. Every person in charge of an exhibit in the livestock classes must remain with the stock under his or her charge (or find substitutes) until the close of the show. 11. The Judges will be directed to withhold any prize when they shall be of the opinion that there is no sufficient merit or that any animal is not properly classed. 12. All prize-winning animals must compete for the championship awards; in default of this rule, the prize money to which the exhibitors may be entitled shall be with-held. No cups will be presented until 3.30 pm on day of show. 13. Any person offending against these rules will be liable to forfeit all awards that he or she might be entitled to. 14. Challenge Cups must be won three times in succession or five times in all unless otherwise stated. 15. No Class changes will be accepted on day of the show for the horses section. 16. Please send self-address envelope for card number for the horses section. 17. Admission will be free for one competitor paying entry fee of 10 or over

9 Rules for horses & pony s *****Please remember your passport******* 1. The judge decision is final. Any objections must be made within 20 minutes of the class ending with a deposit of to be forfeited if the objection is over-ruled. 2. The committee, official, judge or steward acting on behalf of the show committee shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by or to any animal, property, competitor or spectator. All possible action has been taken to prevent this. Horses are dangerous please adhere to all the walkways. All exhibitors and exhibits to be covered by PUBLIC LIABILITY insurance, prior to entering their animals for the show. To enter is to accept that the exhibits are covered. 3. No entries will be accepted without the correct entry fee. No late entries, entries close 05/06/15 4. No person will be allowed in the ring except the judge and their stewards. 5. Cups must be returned by 1 May the following year. 6. Entry fees will not be refunded. 7. Current standard Hard hats must be worn at all times when riding on the show field, All competitors under 14 years old must wear a hard hat when handling Horses/ ponies. 8. The committee reserves the right to change classes if required to a different ring to facilitate the smooth running of the show. 9. All colts and stallions over 2 years old must be suitably bitted and handlers must be 14 years of age or over. 10. Mares with foals under 3 weeks of age must not be shown. 11. No responsibility will be taken for any entrant missing a class after it has been called. 12. All 1st & 2nd prize winners to compete for the section championship. All champions and reserve champions to compete for the supreme championship. 13. TSR Riders championship This show is a qualifier for the TSR riders championships 1 st & 2 nd riders in some of the classes qualify and can choose which final they go to either Tsr gala show 19 th & 20 th July Onley EC Rugby or Wales & South west riders final 6 th September at SWPA champs show, Monmouth or Scottish riders final 13 th &14 th September grand slam show, Ingliston EC Bishopton full details at

45 Horticultural and produce rules and regulations Tarian y Mabinogion i r eitem orau yn Adran Goginio (i w dal am flwyddyn) / Y Mabinogion Shield for the best item in the Cookery Section (to be held for one year) Exhibitors must declare their exhibits to be their own bona fide property and must have been in their possession for at least two months prior to the date of Show except in the Floral Art Section. No Exhibits may be shown in more than one class except for special prizes. Owners of exhibits shall be responsible for their exhibits being places in the correct classes. Dishes, plate stands and vases must be provided by exhibitor. All exhibits must be stated and the Marquee cleared by 10 am prompt. All exhibitors cards will be provided when exhibits are staged. Where possible, varieties of fruit, flowers and vegetables are to be named. No exhibits to be moved before 4pm IT IS INTENDED TO ADHERE STRICTLY TO THIS RULE. The Committee will take all ordinary care of the exhibits but will not be answerable for any loss or damage that may occur from any cause whatsoever. Entries, pre-paid, for all sections must reach the Secretary by 10 th June, 2015 unless otherwise stated. The Committee may appoint tow of its members to make enquiries in case of doubt and visit exhibitors garden. Refusal to permit such inquiries will disqualify exhibitors and his awards will be with-held. Any prize money may be with-held if the Judges deem the award is not merited. The Judges decision to be final. In case of disagreement between Judges regarding any awards, the Secretary may be requested to call upon some members of the Committee to appoint a Referee. No money returned. All objections must be made in person and produced in writing to the Secretary, and a deposit of 50p paid at the same time before 3 p.m. at the Show, and to be dealt with by a Protest Committee before the Show closes. The deposit will be returned of the objection is proved valid. The Committee may withhold prizes if they are satisfied that any breach of the rules or regulations has been made although no protest has been presented. ALL CUPS, UNLESS WON OUTRIGHT, MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CUP STEWARD BY 1 ST APRIL THE FOLLOWING YEAR. All prize money to be paid out at 4 p.m. on day of Show, on the Marquee.
