The application will not be accepted without an evidence of payment!! Important: Each entry form must be accompanied by a photocopy of both sides of the announced pedigree dog owner, photocopies other requirements for inclusion in the working class or champion. When entering through the application you must recived with a confirmation message, if this does not occur, the application has not taken place!! Applications sent by will not be accepted! Registrations not paid by the deadline date of the third closing will be canceled!! Handling fees: - Cancellation of an exhibitor by the third closing date - CZK 100. After the final deadline is no longer possible to cancel the application! - Reclassification dog to another class at the request of the exhibitor to the third closing date - 100, - CZK. After the final deadline is no longer possible reclassification! - In exceptional cases (determined by the organizer), when the payment was made until the day of the exhibition, the third closing price calculated 300, - CZK handling surcharge.

3 CLASSES: Division into classes is governed by Show Regulation of CMKU and FCI and is indicated on the entry form. For inclusion in the working class, please provide a certificate of completion of an examination. Entry form to the champions and honor class is subject to possession of one of the following titles: National winner, Club winner, Special show winner, European Champion, World Champion (honorary class); Champion, Champion ČMKU, C.I.B, C.I.E. Champion of one of the Member countries FCI (champion class and honorary class). The entry form must be accompanied by a copy of the obtained title. Listed titles must be obtained in competition with adults. In honor class is not awarded CAC and exc.1 and it is not flow into the competition for CACIB, BOB and BOS. Color, sizes and type of hair of some breeds are judged separately in compliance with the provisions of FCI or by decision by ČMKU. Awarding of titles can not be entitled. Expectancy: CAJC, CAC ČR, CAC ČMKU, Res. CAC ČR, CACIB, Res. CACIB TITLES: Best of Breed - BOB, Best of opposite sex - BOS, Best Junior in breed - BOJ, Best Veteran of breed - BOV, Junior Winner of FCI - JBIG, Junior Winner at the show - JBIS, winner of FCI group - BIG, winner of the show - BIS. Awarding of titles can not be entitled. In the individual classes, first four dogs with grade very promising, promising and excellent or very good are placed. COMPETITIONS: Junior Handling age groups: I years, II years, to achieve group is counting by date of birth entered one day before the show. Compete can be only with a dog registered in the stud book recognized by the FCI, the dog may not be judged on the show. Assesses the performing dog quality is not important. Best Puppy To enter the contest, all males/ females who were honored at an exhibition in puppy class very promissing I. Best Veteran competing of dogs, who received the title Best Veteran BOV. Best of Honour class competing of dogs, who recived Exc.1 in honour class. Best couple One owner can can enter his/her dog and bitch of the same breed that have been judged at this show. Best breeder s group - A breeder can enter his/her breeder s group of at least three dogs or bitches of the same breed, color and size, which have been judged at this show. The dogs/bitches do not have to be owned by the breeder, but they must come from the same kennel from at least two different litters, at least two different sires or dams. A dog/bitch can only be entered to one breeder s group. Junior group winner (JBIG) competing by FCI groups. For all dogs, who received the title BOJ. Group Winner (BIG) - competing of dogs with titule BOB, judging by groups FCI. Winner of FCI non-cognized breeds (BIG) competing of dogs with titule BOB from FCI non-recognized breed. Junior Best in Show (JBIS) competing of all junior winners from FCI groups Best in Show (BIS) competing of all winners from FCI groups Documents for participation in the exhibition: Pedigree EU Pet passport

4 VETERINARY CONDITIONS: All the entered dogs must be clinically healthy. Dogs must have pet passport or veterinary certificate with valid vaccination against rabies. Dogs from EU and third countries must have valid EU Pet Passport and must meet the conditions by the EU Regulation 998/2003 from 26/5/2003 ll the time during the dog show the owners must supervise / take care of the dogs so that they do not cause any damage to other dogs or humans. Instructions for completing entry forms: Applications should be completed in block letters. Each dog has its own application. Illegible applications will not be accepted. Discount for second and other dogs can only be applied if the owner s name is identical with the first application. Any change in the second application, for example addition of joint ownership, will be treated as a new application at full price. For incorrectly completed application organizer is not responsible. If the application is missing attached photocopy of proof that the dog meets the conditions for the working class or champion, will be placed in the open class. Photocopies will not be returned. The application must be accompanied by proof of payment of the entry fee, otherwise the application will not be accepted. Payment order is not proof of payment! A dog can be entered only in one class. Reclassification of dogs after the final deadline is not possible. Acceptance of a dog to the show will be about 10 days before the show electronically (in writing) confirmed by entry sheet with the date when your dog will be judging. It is possible to check on the list of exhibitors, whether the application was accepted. If his name is not on the list, he should ask for the reasons on the exhibition contact: vystava@cmku.cz, phone: An exhibitor agrees with publication of his address in the show catalog. To documents sent after the last deadline will not be considered. General provisions: The exhibition is accessible to males and females of all breeds registered in the books recognized by the FCI that reached the day of the show the age required for class. Organizers are not responsible for damages caused by a dog or an exhibitor, or for dog loss or death during the exhibition. The fairgrounds are not allowed to move freely dogs. The exhibition will not be admitted dog with cropped ears and will not be judged. Show is not open for females in season, females in the second half of pregnancy, nursing females and aggressive individuals. It is forbidden to treat the coat, skin or nose of the dog anything that changes their texture, color or shape. It is forbidden to treat the dog on the show grounds, using any substances or equipment. Allowed only cutting, trimming, combing and brushing. It is also forbidden to tie the dog on the table at the show. Violation of this provision may result in immediate expulsion from the show. Owners of the dogs awarded the title BOB are obliged to participate with their dogs in the final competitions. Exhibitors are required to comply with the provisions of the FCI Show Regulations and ČMKU, these propositions and the instructions of Show Committee, which will undertake the filing. Exhibitor acknowledges that it is required to maintain order in the exhibition area. If the show does not take place due to force majeure, the fees will be used to cover the expenses. Taking puppies for sale at the show is prohibited. Protest: A protest against any decision made by the judge is not admissible. A protest can be submitted for formal reasons such as violation of show regulation provisions and proposition provisions. The protest must be submitted in written form, against a deposit of 70 Euro, during the course of the show. If the protest is found to be unjustified, this deposit will be forfeited to the organizer of the show. Please note: Exhibitors whose dogs at show will get the last necessary CACs for the title Czech Champion, Czech Junior Champion, Czech Grand Champion, Czech Veteran Champion and Champion ČMKU have the opportunity to bring the necessary documents to show the office, where they will be continually exposed to diplomas in the time from to 15 hours. The exposure is needed to supply the original CAC cards, and at least a copy of the pedigree, then a copy of the working certificate. Exposure the championship costs 200CZK for Czech exhibitors and 15 euros for foreign exhibitors. *The organizer reserves the right to change.
