On the other hand, the HR Portal grants (to everyone in the company) access to the information required in order for them to be involved in the company processes. In this regard, HR Portal represents also a crucial tool towards the HR management of all companies with mobile staff, which require a system for the management of processes and relations in order to reconnect the persons to the organizational network and, at the same time, to benefit from the necessary flexibility and speed of the operational and decision-taking processes. In addition, it allows speeding up the activities of the HR Department, drastically reducing the routine and low added-value activities and, finally yet importantly, optimizing the processes and improving the efficiency.
