5 SYNAROME STORY Synarome was founded in 1926 by Hubert FRAYSSE who created that same year, the famous speciality Ambrarome Absolu. Even today it represents the perfect synthesis of creative formulation and innovative natural treatment. The family dynasty began during the Golden Age of specialities with the creation of Animalis, Cuir de Russie and Muscarome. A famous chemist also joined Synarome to develop specific aroma chemicals. 80 years later, Nactis, a large Group, acquired Synarome. It brought to this family structure both international expansion and a philosophy of dedicated service to its customers. While conserving the Synarome ethic, the R&D effort was diversified by developing synergies between flavors and fragrances and searching for new natural processes and products. 7 THE NEW CATALOGUE It offers a range over 200 aroma chemicals and specialities, both historical or modern, for the Flavor and Fragrance industry. 60% of the products are aroma chemicals coming from our own chemical synthesis, coupled with our know how in natural treatments. 40% of them are specialities formulated with these products and our imagination.
