Failure to adhere to this may result in leaner being excluded from classes. In any case the whole amount i.e the total course fee remains due and payable even if learner does not attend lessons. It is the responsibility of the leaner to buy /supply additional materials deemed necessary for their studies.money paid as deposit /Registration fee is strictly non refundable. The college reserves the right to increase fees if necessary. This contract will terminate on the last day of the exam month. E2 Refunds Refunds will only be entertained under exceptional circumstances to be determined by the College. E3 Transfer to other programmes Any applicant wishing to transfer his / her enrolment from one course to another may apply for permission from the Principal In all such cases fees payable will be that of the programme to which the learner is transferring to and it will be payable in the same time frame as that pertaining to the first course. The learner will pay an administration fee that will be gazetted in that particular year of study. E4 Examination fees It is the responsibility of the learner to make sure that he/she is enrolled for the examination. A separate form for examination enrolment shall be completed.and the prescribed fees paid. E5 Learner code of conduct It is a condition of enrolment that the learners agree to abide by SEDCO College of conduct Learners must approach the Principal in case of uncertainties. 5.2 Learners are not permitted to eat and drink in the computer room. Smoking within the college premises is not allowed. 5.3Any damage to SEDCO College s property must be paid for immediately. 5.4 Learners are not allowed to use alcohol or drugs whilst on campus.

5 5.5 Learners shall not engage in any acts of violence, threaten violence, or carry items deemed dangerous. on campus. 5.6 Learners should accept all the results of SEDCO College Examinations as final, subject to standard remarks procedure. 5.7In case of outstanding fees, learner will not receive permission to write their examinations. 5.8 Learners shall comply with the rules and regulations published by SEDCO College from time to time. I agree to abide by the College By- Laws, rules and policies of the College as amended from time to time. I also agree that I review the By - Laws, Rules and Policies of the College during my period of study as the most current rules are applied and may differ from time of my initial enrolment.i also take full responsibility for late enrolment.
