In our practice, it can be sometimes difficult to find the right balance between these two requests. To continue improving our knowledge and to help us resolving this difficult dilemma, we decided to organize the second meeting of Coagulation management in cardiovascular procedures in spring As we strongly believe in a multidisciplinary approach for the management of coagulation in cardiovascular procedures, we invited again for this second meeting orators from the different medical specialities. As was the case during the first meeting, you will have the opportunity to hear international experts presenting specific aspects of coagulation disorders and their clinical management. This year, beside the theoretical lectures, more opportunity for interactive discussions will be offered with the help of a new electronic voting system. 6 FINAL PROGRAMME GENERAL INFORMATION VENUE The Meeting will take place at the Cardiocentro Ticino, which is located on the hill dominating the west of the city, less than 10 minutes walking distance from the central railway station and 10 minutes by taxi from the local airport (Lugano-Agno). The Milan Malpensa Airport is 1 hour by shuttle-bus from Lugano. By car: motorway exit Lugano Nord. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE A Certificate of Attendance will be given to the participants attending all sessions of the Meeting. CONFERENCE LANGUAGE The conference language is English for all sessions. No translation is provided. REGISTRATION FEES CHF 100 for physicians. CHF 50 for nurses and physicians in training.
