EBAX by Prosoft Systems allows Microsoft Share Point users the ability to access and update their data through Microsoft Excel. EBAX enables you to work in Excel offline and then sync the data when connected to the Share Point Server (typically through the internet). EBAX enables you to continue using Excel as your primary tool for working with your business data. This was the time, when company felt the requirement of MetaOption LLC. 5 5 Tool Does Function In Following Ways: The Populate Data button downloads information from Microsoft CRM into Excel based upon the Entity and View selected. The Clear All button will clear the worksheet and controls. This will undo any unsaved changes. The Extended check box is for displaying role information when looking at the User entity. It is only active when looking at the User entity. The Word Wrap button will make sure that all information written in a cell will wrap to fit without expanding the cell or cutting off information when the cell is not selected. The Ignore Row button allows the user to set a row to not update in CRM. This is used if a mistake was made and the wrong row was updated and the original value can t be retrieved. The Table Formatting button turns on column filtering capabilities. The Clear Table formatting button will return tabled data to an original excel sheet format. The Update Data button submits the data from Excel into Microsoft CRM. The Look Up button is used for finding lookup values in CRM. Selecting the lookup button will open a new window that is very similar to the lookup screen in CRM. The lookup button is only enabled when the view has lookup fields. The Set CRM Server button lets the user enter their CRM URL and credential information. The About button tells what version of EBAX is running. About Ms Test Manager 2010 Microsoft Test Manager allows testers to work with test plans, author and organize manual test cases, execute test cases, file bugs, and post results back to Team Foundation Server (TFS).
