4 Overview This document provides information about issues addressed and issues known to exist, if any, in the Sage CRM 2016 R1 patches. It is intended for Sage OpCos, Sage CRM partners, and Sage CRM customers. While this document refers to Sage CRM, CRM, or the CRM system, regional products may use different brand names. Latest patch Patch/hotfix Release date Sage CRM 2016 R1.5 June 2016 The latest patch includes all fixes supplied in the previous patches, if any, for Sage CRM 2016 R1. 5 R1.5 After upgrading to Sage CRM 2016 R1.5, we recommend that you clear the web browser cache on each user's computer. What's new in R1.5 (June 2016) Support for Microsoft Office Sage CRM 2016 R1.5 now integrates with Microsoft Office 2016 applications in the same way it does with other supported versions of Microsoft Office. New versions of Sage CRM mobile apps. You can use new versions of Sage CRM mobile apps for Android and ios to work with Sage CRM 2016 R1.5. The mobile apps have been enhanced to download data from Sage CRM faster. In the new apps, you can filter contacts by company. Also a number of bugs were fixed in the apps. To download the apps, go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Issues addressed in R1.5 (June 2016) Issue ID Area Description Status QA QA QA Interactive Dashboard Keyword Search QA Companies / People When a user tried to add a list gadget to a dashboard, an error occurred. In some situations, keyword search failed to work. After a while, keyword search started to work again. Custom Entities In some situations, date-only fields showed incorrect values.
