Kerstin Florian, a family-run company based in Southern California, founded in 1978 by Swedish-born Kerstin Florian, a spa expert with over forty years of experience in the industry. Based on European-inspired treatments that utilise natural resources with formulas that are rich in algae, thermal mineral water, mud, herbal extracts, essential oils and high in antioxidants, essential minerals and vitamins. Kerstin Florian Refresher Facial 30mins A deep cleansing introductory facial based on organic Moor Mud, which refines and re-mineralizes dull, lifeless skin. Includes a skin analysis and short massage of the face and shoulders. Kerstin Florian Correcting Advanced Repair Facial 90mins This results-oriented treatment is customized to address specific skin conditions including, congested skin, fine lines and premature aging. Includes an exfoliating multi-acid or enzyme peel on the face, neck, décolleté and hands to renew the skin, a deep-cleansing massage to promote circulation and a masque to balance and nourish the skin. A hand treatment completes the experience. 13 Spa Guidelines & Etiquette General Etiquette We ask that mobile phones are in silent mode when you are in PH2O to allow for optimum relaxation. If using the Pool area, we ask all guests to be robed. Outdoor attire is not permitted in our pool areas. When using the pool, we politely ask all guests to shower before entering the pool or the Jacuzzi. To reduce our carbon footprint we do ask you to bring your own pool shoes or flip flips. However, if you have forgotten them, they are available on request. Treatment Etiquette If you suffer from any medical conditions or have any injuries or allergies, please inform us when making your booking. Our expert team are able to match your needs to a treatment if you re unsure what you d like to have; some conditions may mean a treatment is unsuitable. When arriving at the spa, you may change into a robe and slippers in our changing rooms or you may go straight to your treatment room as you are. Please feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. You may be asked to remove certain clothing but the most important thing is that you are comfortable. Our therapists will keep you draped in towels and only expose each area being treated. In wet treatments, such as body scrubs and body wraps please note you will not always be draped. Swimsuits are optional in these treatments, and we have disposable underwear on offer if you prefer. If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment the pressure, the music or the temperature for example please let your therapist know as they will be more than happy to make any necessary adjustments. Feel free to talk during the treatment or remain quiet it s up to you as your time is all about making you relax and feel comfortable. Your therapist will follow your lead so if you prefer a chatty or quiet atmosphere, just let them know.

14 Guidelines for Pregnancy & Post Natal If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform us when making your booking. Our expert team are able to match your needs to a treatment if you re unsure what you d like to have. We would advise that the following treatments are not suitable during pregnancy: All Voya and Kerstin Florian Body Wraps and scrubs, Park House Chocolate Sensation, Voya Total Massage Journey, Detox Herbal bag Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Lava Shells Massage, and Spray Tans. Pre-Treatment Guidelines for Spray Tanning Leave at least 24 hours between hair removal and your spray tan application allows the pores to close and helps prevent telltale dark spots on the skin Oils, moisturiser, perfumes, talcs and deodorant can all prevent even tanning, so make sure you shower off any products before attending your spray tan appointment. If it is your first time receiving a spray tan it is advisable to have a patch test done before your treatment. However, it is very rare for the skin to have any adverse reactions to spray tan formulas as the active chemical ingredient works by reacting with naturally occurring amino acids in the skin. Pre-Treatment Guidelines for Eye Lash Tinting You will need to have a tint test at least 24 hours prior to having tinting to the eye area. This is very important to ensure that you do not have an allergic reaction to the tint. The patch test involves a small amount of tint will be applied either behind your ear or on the inside of your elbow. A tint test may need to be repeated if you have not had any eyelash or eyebrow tinting for a period of time or if your health has changed.
