We provide a comprehensive range of bespoke security service solutions, tailored to meet the requirements of individual clients on a nationwide basis. Our clients are drawn from a broad range of sectors including construction, industrial, commercial, entertainment, retail and residential markets. Our service packages include: Static guarding and premises patrols; Mobile security patrols in a modern fleet of high visibility branded vehicles; Key holding CCTV Monitoring Commercial and domestic intruder alarm activation response, s unique bespoke service packages enables clients to choose the specific level of service that they require and to actively monitor how that package is working for them.

3 Static Security Guarding Static Security Guarding Static guards operate on client premises and undertake predetermined and regular patrols of the premises, both inside and outside, checking windows and doors. This service is available on a nationwide basis 24 hours a day, seven days a week logging all activities. Our static security personnel operate to a comprehensive list of assignment instructions, which we have drafted and had approved by the client. Guards record their patrol checks on our computerised Checkpoint clocking system, which comprises clocking monitors that we place at a number of points around the client's premises. This system monitors data, which outlines dates, times and locations of each security check. This data can then be downloaded and presented to the client in report format. This enables clients to monitor the service they are receiving. We provide comprehensive static guarding and patrol services for a number of different client types including retail outlets and shopping centres, offices, factories, public buildings and construction sites.

4 Security Liaison Personnel Security Liaison Personnel Placed at the entrance/exit of client grounds or premises our security liaison personnel receive specific training in dealing with staff and other people visiting a premises. They will record all visitors and any deliveries made to the premises or site. Often dealing with a wide range of visitors and staff, MCR security liaison personnel are trained with particular emphasis on multi-tasking and people skills. Great care is taken during assignment specific training to ensure they can respond to any situation that may arise. Training includes conflict management and early recognition of hostility to calm and defuse situations. We also provide a premises/site opening and closing service. Our clients include retail outlets and shopping centres, offices, factories, public buildings and construction sites and the service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

5 Mobile Security Patrols / Spotchecks Mobile Security Patrols / Spotchecks Mobile Patrols offer a cost effective alternative to static guarding, where a continuous presence is deemed unnecessary. These well-equipped and uniformed teams with a modern fleet of high-visibility vehicles make random security patrols of clients' premises/sites (business and residential), through the night and at weekends - to ensure the security of all doors, gates and windows. They clock onto a system of Checkpoint monitors, which we place at a series of predetermined points, on client sites or premises. Checkpoint monitors can be located at a number of positions on the client's premises or grounds. Activity data outlining dates, times and locations of security checks can be downloaded and presented to the client in report format. We also provide mobile security checks for residential clients who may wish to engage extra security while they are away from home on holidays or business.

6 Customized Services Customized Services A service area in which has excelled is that of customized site, multi-point security management, particularly on large civil engineering and roads projects, where the location being guarded can stretch for many kilometres. We are providing this service nationwide on most of the country's major infrastructural developments. For large sites we recommend the placing of a number of security compounds at predetermined strategic locations where we will base static guarding teams. These static guards patrol and check their immediate area but are also supported by a mobile guard team who patrol the rest of the site at regular intervals. The site can be further secured by CCTV cameras, which are monitored at the security compounds and at our Control Centre. Building site patrols can clock on to our Checkpoint monitoring system at predetermined points, which is linked directly to our control centre. This also provides clients with a service monitoring facility. 7 Key Holding Key Holding Clients with unoccupied premises or homes can avail of MCR Security's Key Holding service for unlocking or locking their premises as required. This involves MCR Personnel acting as the first emergency response to any incident or alarm activations that might occur as well as opening premises in the morning and securing and closing them at the end of the day. Key Holding is available to construction, commercial, retail, industrial and residential clients nationwide.

8 Intruder Alarm Activation Response Intruder Alarm Activation Response offers a comprehensive range of bespoke alarm response service solutions to businesses and homeowners nationwide. Upon notification, by an alarm or phone call, one of our response units will immediately attend, to conduct a thorough external and internal site search and establish the cause of activation. In the event of a false alarm, a straightforward alarm reset is carried out, with the premises secured on departure. In circumstances where an intrusion occurs, our security personnel will preserve the premises as a scene of crime, notifying An Garda Siochana and the client. We will also maintain a guard on site until either boarding up or full repairs are carried out, to reinstate security. If requested our emergency response team can leave the client undisturbed, as our professional security team will deal with all aspects of the situation, providing a full written report the following morning. If your premises have a set opening and closing time and are opened outside of these hours, our Control Centre will contact the premises to request a security password. If action is required, An Garda Siochana will be immediately contacted and one of our response units will be dispatched to the premises.
