1 Leadership er Quick Start Guides page 1 Once Leadership er access is added to your account and successfully set up, you can choose to send an to any list you build. The option to Send is available anywhere list results are displayed, within Build a List, Quick Search, Advanced Search, and Keyword Search You can also choose to Send from the Preview screen, after a search, accessing a One-Click List, or refreshing saved search results
2 Leadership er Quick Start Guides page 2 You can also begin the Sending process from within My Contacts, with the option to the full list or just the checked contacts. My Contacts gives you the flexibility to easily combine lists or to build a group of prospects individually over time as you find people that best match your criteria The information in My Contacts updates automatically every weekday morning, so the lists always include the most current content available on Leadership Online
3 Leadership er Quick Start Guides page 3 The Sending process must always begin with the selection of a list, and this option is available in the new My s section. Click Create a New Sending to begin the process of creating a new project All sending projects within Leadership er begin with the creation or selection of a recipient list
4 Leadership er Quick Start Guides page 4 To begin a new sending, you are prompted to choose to either select an existing list from My Contacts or build a new list.
5 Leadership er Quick Start Guides page 5 If you opt to choose a list from My Contacts, you will see a list of the lists you have stored in My Contacts, with sorting options. You can sort your list of lists in My Contacts alphabetically or by last modified date You can opt to view only your private My Contacts lists, include those that have been shared with you, or view only those that have been shared with you Choose the list you want to send your to and click Select to begin processing the list
6 Leadership er Quick Start Guides page 6 No matter where your er Sending process begins, whether building a list through a search or selecting a list in My Contacts, the next steps, shown below, are always identical. To begin processing your list for an Sending, you must name your list and you re your sending Both names must be unique to your account Both names will display in My s, and will be seen by you only, but make sure they help you identify the campaign as you will return to my s later to review your sending statistics
7 Leadership er Quick Start Guides page 7 After naming your list and sending, the processing drops all names with no along with all matches to required suppression files. Unseen onscreen, Leadership er is processing your selected list, dropping any names that don t have address, any s that have opted out of Leadership Directories 3 rd party offers, or any addresses that have requested to not receive s from your organization Once completed successfully, the Sending and its associated list are added to My s There is no deduction from your credits at this point that occurs only once you schedule your Sending and confirm the credits deduction

Click on the black triangle next to the name of your Recipient List to review the selected recipients and delete certain s, if desired Click on the black triangle under the to set your delivery details and begin building your The option to schedule your delivery will not be available until your delivery details are complete and you ve built your All of your work will be stored in My s -- You can return later to continue the project or review with colleagues
