It is water resistent it can withstand, rain, splash, sweat, and it is shower-resistant, but not fit for swimming. Q2. Can the tracker monitor heart rate? No, it does not have a heart rate monitor function. Q3. Can this tracker connect with two mobile phones at the same time? No, it would not, it coonetcs with one phone at a time. If you connect with the second mobile phone, your data on the previous phone won t update to the second one. Q4. Would walking on a treadmill or in place be counted? Yes, it will work on a treadmill. Q5. What s the Bluetooth version of this tracker? Bluetooth 4.0, if your smart phone is not Bluetooth 4.0 then the tracker can t connect with your phone. Q6. Can this Bluetooth tracker work with other applications? Such as WAHOO and so on No,it can't. It can only work with "isport activity monitor" app because of the unique bluetooth protocol. Q7. Why my Ipad can t find the isport activity monitor application? Enter the apple store, and look up at the search field our isport Avtivity Monitor APP, adjust the ipad to the iphone only mode, then you will find our isport activity monitor application. 2 Q8. Does it need a night-by-night recharge or less? The battery can be used for one week or more depending on the use. If you use it a lot then it will constantly have to be charged. Q9. Would this device vibrate if I set an alarm on the phone? Yes, this tracker has four vibration alarms. Q10. My tracker can t sync with my mobile phone? Please follow this steps to sync the Tracker with your smartphone: Once you have downloaded the APP isport Activity Monitor" and made your smartphone Bluetooth DISCOVERABLE follow this steps: 1. Turn the Tracker APP on, in the first window that shows you will notice a small top right icon that says DEVICE. 2. Click on the icon, a new window will show up in which you will see the Bluetooth icon followed by the Activity Tracker 3. Click the refresh button below to pair the Tracker with the APP while pressing the K1 button to keep the tracker on when you sync with mobile phone. 4. Once the Tracker and APP have paired you will see that the text above will have the word (Paired) 5. Go back to the setting window and input all your personal data and click the save button 6. Once the device is paired the time and date will sync with your smartphone automatically. 3 Q11. Does the Tushi Tracker incluyes a USB charger? Yes, it comes with a USB charger. Here is a brief explanation on how it should be charged. 1. The charger is magnetic so it has to fit properly. Place the 2 pin port on top of the 2 receivers with the cord pointing out of the tracker with the letter Tushi facing up (photo 1) 2. You can make sure that the magnetic pins are set correctly when the metal buckle is facing down. (photo 2) You will feel that the magnetic pins are correctly set when they adjust perfectly to the port, without coming loose. See the Pictures below for your reference: Q12. What comes in package? The Tushi tracker, a usb charger, two manuals, one for tracker and one for the APP. Q13. What functions does the Tracker have? Within the OLED screen you can see steps taken, calories burned, distance walked or ran, time of excercise, % of goal reached, silent alarm and sleep monitoring. Once connected to our APP you can monitor the functionas above + your sleep performance.

4 Q14. How can I monitor my sleep? In any function, press the K1 button for 3 secs (aprox) and you will see a blinking moon. That will be the indication that the Tracker has entred the sleep mode. To leave the sleep mode press the K1 Button again for 3 sec (aprox) and you will be taken back to the day functions. Please refer to photos below: Q15. Does it read your pulse and can I use it with my desktop PC? Blood pressure too? No it does not read your pulse or blood pressure. It does work on either PC or tablet. Q16. Can I play music and hear it on the tracker? No, it only vibrates for alarms. Q17. Does the tracker work on Kindle or a Windows Phone? NO, it does not. It is only compatible with ios and Android Systems and phones. Q18. Does tracker have a watch function? Yes, it displays the date and time automatically once the APP pairs with the APP and includes 4 alarms. Q19. Can I change distance units from miles to kms in this device? Yes. you can set the Tracker to work on imperial and metric systems within the APP Q20. Do you have to have the device synced with your app as you are working out? No, you can sync the tracker at the end of the day. The tracker has 15 days of memory, the longest time you can use the tracker without synced is 15 days.

5 Q21. Does this track stairs? It tracks the steps you take up the stairs, but it doesn't know you're doing "stairs" Q22. How do you reset it to zero? There is a delete blue button at bottom of the setting window, clicking this button will turn off the tracker and will restore the factory settings. Q23. After the battery runs out, how long will it take to charge the battery? The battery fully charges in around 40 minutes. Q24. My data can be uploaded to icloud or something like this? No, all the data will be stored in your phone. Q24. With what devices is the Tushi Tracker compatible? All the devices below are compatible:
