1 Thank you for your purchase of Forex Cash Bot, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with this EA and any problems you may have will be dealt with swiftly by our fully trained support team, you can contact them 7 days per week at [email protected] Forex Cash bot can be used on the following currency pairs Eur/Usd, Gbp/Usd, Eur/Gbp, Eur/Chf, Usd/Cad, Usd/Jpy and if you have the ULTIMO version can also be used on Aud/Usd, Eur/Jpy, Gbp/Jpy and Usd/Chf. It is to be used on the 1 hour timeframe only, you can trade all 6 pairs (or 10 with ULTIMO) simultaneously but must make sure the magic numbers in the expert properties are different for each pair O.K lets get started. In your download folder you will find a number of files that you will need during the installation. Each of these files needs to be placed in the correct folders for the system to work correctly, for those of you that already know how to set up a system I have included the folders in brackets, for everyone else there are detailed instructions with images below. 1. Forexcashbot.ex4 file (C:\Program Files\MetaTrader \experts) 2. Forexcashbot.dll file (C:\Program Files\MetaTrader\experts\ libraries 3. 6 (or 10 for ULTIMO) presets (C:\Program Files\MetaTrader\experts\presets 4. Instructions. Detailed Instructions Below:

2 Step 1 (Downloading The Metatrader 4 Platform): Firstly for people that have never traded a forex robot before you will need to download a metatrader forex trading platform. If you already have a metatrader account set up that is fine you can use that but for those of you that don t have one you can start off using a demo account so you are not actually risking any real money. A demo account can be downloaded totally free HERE (or from any other metatrader 4 broker). Step 2: (Creating Your Account): Once you have installed your metatrader 4 software you will need to create a demo account. This is very easy simply follow the steps below and it will be created automatically for you. Open metatrader and click File then open an account Now fill in your details and click next

3 You will now see your newly created account under the accounts tab Step 3: (Registering your account number with our system): In order to prevent depreciation of our (and your) software we put an anti piracy mechanism in place that prevents software piracy. You will have been automatically sent a username and password for our members area to the address you used to purchase forex cash bot with, we require you to register the metatrader 4 account numbers you wish to use forex cash bot on 1 licence entitles you to register 1 demo account and 1 live account number. Registration is easy, simply login to the members area here with your unique login details. Once you are in the members area simply click on change account and enter your metatrader account number that you just made in the steps, now click change.

4 Your account number is now registered in our system and allows you to trade with Forex Cash Bot on that account, you can change your account number at any time by following the same steps and adding a new number. If you have more than 2 trading accounts (1 demo and 1 Live) and need more activations please purchase additional licenses. Step 4: (Installing Forex Cash Bot): Once you have your metatrader account set up on your computer close it down and navigate to the start button bottom left (as below) Click on my computer Click on C: drive. Double click on the program files folder as seen in the picture below

5 Double click on your metatrader folder as in the picture below (may be different depending which broker you are using) Double click on the experts folder as seen in the picture below, now drag and drop the ForexCashBot.ex4 file from your desktop into this folder. Now you now need to drag the forexcashbot.dll file into the Libraries folder as seen in the picture below. Now you need to drag the 6 (or 10 for ULTIMO version) preset files into the preset folder as seen in the picture below. Once you have completed these steps close all these folders down and re-open your metatrader brokers platform. You will now see the Forex Cash Bot software under the expert advisors tab.

6 Once you have got this far the next step is to open the charts you wish to trade on, Forex Cash bot can be used on the following currency pairs Eur/Usd, Gbp/Usd, Eur/Gbp, Eur/Chf, Usd/Cad, Usd/Jpy and if you have the ULTIMO version can also be used on Aud/Usd, Eur/Jpy, Gbp/Jpy and Usd/Chf It is to be used on the 1 hour timeframe only. You can trade all 6 (or 10 for UOLTIMO version) pairs simultaneously but must make sure the magic numbers in the expert properties are different for each pair. To open a chart we simply go to File New Chart in metatrader and select the one that we want. Once we have the chart open we simply drag the ForexCashBot icon (under expert advisors) onto the chart and enter the following settings under the common tab. Now enter your in the inputs tab

7 After you have entered your address click the load button, this will bring a list of presets up that you loaded before. Double click the preset file that corresponds with the currency pair that you are adding the systemto, so for example if you are adding the system to the Eur/Usd pair you would load the Eur/Usd preset file. Now click ok and close the window You chart should now look like this (below) with a smiling face in the top right corner, this means you have set it up correctly and it will start trading shortly, if you have not got a smiling face or are getting an error please refer to out help section below where you will almost certainly find an answer to your problem, alternatively please contact our fully trained support team at [email protected].

8 The Inputs Menu: This is where you can change certain settings on Forex Cash Bot, to access this menu whilst the robot is trading simply right click on the chart Expert Advisors Properties Inputs The main settings are listed below This is where you enter your and corresponds with your licence details RiskPercent: This is where you can alter the amount you are risking per trade in a percentage (leave the Lots setting at 0 if using this) alternatively you can use fixed lot sizes with the setting below. Lots: Use this setting if you want to trade fixed lot sizes (Leave RiskPercent setting at 0 if trading fixed lots. Magic Number: This needs to be a different 4 digit number for every currency pair you trade and helps the robot distinguish between the different trades it has open. Stop Loss: This is the stoploss per trade trade (we suggest leaving at the default levels) Take Profit: This is the take profit per trade trade (we suggest leaving at the default levels) Things To Watch Out For:

9 - Make sure you understand what account you have set up with your broker and what this means in terms of lot sizes. A mini account will trade $1 per pip on Eur/Usd where as a normal account will trade $10 per pip on Eur/Usd, you can also get a micro account although fewer brokers support these. - If you choose to trade with an ECN broker please make sure they support EAs, although ECN brokers are generally good you must check this point with them before opening an account. - Make sure your broker allows hedging, although ForexCashBot is still profitable with a non hedging broker it will be even more so with one that allows hedging. - Do not try and ramp up the risk settings to make a faster profit, although this might work it is no better than gambling and we are not here to gamble we are here to invest, we suggest using the preset levels for each pair and do not move them higher. - Make sure you have fully tested the robot on a demo account before you commit to your live account, we would suggest this with all robots as a matter of course. Running Forex Cash Bot 24/7 (not on your computer): Although it is perfectly fine to use your personal computer to run Forex Cash Bot on some of you may not want to leave your computer on 24/7. Now this is entirely optional but there are services that will set up a virtual private server for you which is basically a remote computer that you can login to from your desktop and control just like a normal computer. The benefits of these are that you can install things on them (such as metatrader) and leave them running 24/7 without it taking up any of your home power, internet speed or computer resources. There are several companies that offer this service but one which we have tried and use ourselves is it is an instant setup and you can connect to your virtual machine via the remote desktop (installed on all windows). Once you have got your VPS setup then its just a case of treating it exactly like a normal computer, you can install metatrader and leave trading 24/7 without any worries. Fault Finding:

10 There are several things that can be easily overlooked when installing a forex robot for the first time, we have compiled a list of the most common problems and the easy solution to them. Problem: I m getting an error 126 and metatrader is crashing when I attach the robot. Solution: the Visual C SP1 Redistributable Package needs to be installed. Here is the link: a40d-3802b2af5fc2&displaylang=en Problem: I m getting an error 127 and metatrader is crashing when I attached the robot. Solution: This mean that the user has to install the.net framework (at least 2nd version). This is very rare case most windows will already be running it Here is the link for the.net framework just in case you don t have it: 8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en Problem: There is a sad face on my chart instead of a happy face Solution: Make sure you have the Allow live trading ticked under the expert advisor properties common Problem: There is an X in the top right corner instead of a smiling face Solution: Click the expert advisor tab on the top toolbar Problem: It says Authentification Failed on the chart after adding the EA Solution: Please make sure you have added your account number to our members area here and also make sure you have added your address in the expert properties. Problem: My metatrader platform crashed when I try and attach Forex Cash Bot to the chart. Solution: Your metatrader platform is out of date please update to the latest build.
