Training is provided by relevant suppliers of the software. This means that the application is fully managed by Xpert and updates, upgrades and patches are performed by Xpert as needed without any impact to customers. The Xpert applications are usually updated on a weekly basis however in the event of a new security threat patching may be carried out based on the severity of the issue. 11.
