4 THE HISTORY OF STREAM 2006 Revenues climb to $400 MILLION as Stream continues to expand its footprint across Texas FOUNDED Signing its first Texas customer earlier that year, Stream revenues jump to $70 MILLION, earning a place in DFW s top 150 companies Stream receives recognition, both regionally and nationally, as it expands into Georgia, offering natural gas service in the AGL service area. Revenues hit $825 MILLION Stream introduces service in the Northeast, offering electricity to PECO customers in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas Northeast expansion extends into the nation s capitol and New York state. Dual-commodity service launches in Pennsylvania Launch of Free Energy Program. Sharyland, TX expansion. Stream rolls out it s Protective Services Northeast expansion continues with additional Pennsylvania markets added, as well as New Jersey and Maryland 2013 Stream opens for business in New York City. 5 STREAM CARES Stream s philanthropic efforts are a reflection of our desire to help others. We work to set a positive example and to make a difference within the communities we serve. In May 2015, Stream announced a philanthropic partnership with Cell Phones For Soldiers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing cost-free communications services to active-duty military members and veterans. Stream kicked off the partnership by donating 1000 minutes of international talk time to military members currently serving overseas for every new mobile customer who signs on with Stream during the month of May. In the past, Stream has partnered with various organizations to give back. We ve partnered with Hawaiian Falls Water Park and Captain Hope s Kids to put on Splash for Hope events, creating fun-filled summer outings that allowed homeless children to just be kids. We ve also partnered with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, supporting its Light the Night Walks. We ve also worked with Habitat for Humanity to provide families in need a place to call home. With our Stream Women of Power organization, we have worked to recognize and motivate the thousands of women within our marketing field. Through various workshops, luncheons, training sessions and guest speakers, we encourage and empower these women to grow and succeed in their businesses. Minutes That Matter program provides free calling cards to active-duty military members, connecting them with loved ones Cell Phones for Soldiers sends 3,000 calling cards each week. $5 = 2.5 hours of talk time $ = 50 hours, or 3,000 minutes, of talk time Since 2004, Cell Phones For Soldiers has provided over 213 million minutes to troops and distributed more than 3 million prepaid calling cards. 6 EXECUTIVE BIOS LARRY MONDRY As Stream s president and CEO, Larry is responsible for creating and executing the company s growth strategy and overseeing all operations. A natural connector, leader, and seasoned executive with proven CEO experience, Larry excels at building strong teams that are positioned to execute against well thought out business strategies. Before Stream, Larry spent 16 years at CompUSA, where his last role was president & CEO. He has also served in the president and CEO capacity with CSK Auto and Flexi Compras. Larry also sits on the board of Micron Technology, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. RENÉE HORNBAKER Renée Hornbaker joined the Stream family in 2011 as chief financial officer. Prior to that, Hornbaker was chief financial officer of Shared Technologies Inc. and of Flowserve Corporation She has served on the board of Eastman Chemical Company since 2003 and was named 2013 Dallas Business Journal CFO of the Year. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and master s degree in business administration from Indiana University. PIERRE KOSHAKJI Pierre Koshakji co-founded Stream and is now responsible for the company s multi-state expansion program and regulatory affairs. Before his time with Stream, Koshakji served as Director of Business Development for Unity Hunt Resources of Dallas, president of Odyssey Pictures Corporation, and president of Edge Technology Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University, as well as a master s degree in business administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. 7 EXECUTIVE BIOS CONTINUED KELLY HABBAS Kelly Habbas brings over 20 years of leadership experience within the NYISO, NEPOOL, Canadian and Texas energy markets to his role as Stream s Chief Information Officer. In his role, he oversees all aspects of Stream s IT strategy, enterprise architecture, application delivery and operations. He has direct oversight of the company s business analysis, software development, quality assurance, change management, and project management teams. DAN O MALLEY Dan O Malley brings over 25 years of experience and achievement in consumer products and services to his Executive Vice President and Chief Products and Services Officer role at Stream. With a focus on product expansion and development, Dan is responsible for growing Stream s service lines: Energy Services, Mobile Services, Protective Services and Home Services. JAKE HADIX As chief wholesale officer, Jake Hadix is responsible for managing the wholesale energy portion of the company, staying on top of retail gas and electricity prices, and determining optimal hedging strategies. He previously served as partner and vice president of hedging and strategy for MP2 Energy and gained experience as an executive director with JPMorgan Chase. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and earned his master s in business administration from Rice University. PAGE 7
