1 03/02/15 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On February 28, 2015 while cleaning off my patrol vehicle from the snow and ice I dropped the wiper arm on the windshield cuasing it to break. Report was taken to document the incident. 03/02/15 07: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On March 2, 2015, at approximately 0735 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at 1801 North Commercial Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on a silver Pontiac bearing Missouri license. A subject was arrested for driving while suspended. 03/02/15 09:19 F/OLD 7, On February 2, 2015 I conducted a vehicle stop at F Highway and West 1st Street in Garden City, Missouri. The driver was found to have active Harrisonville warrants and was transported to the Harrisonville Police Department. 03/02/15 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/02/2015, at approximately 0945 hours, I made contact with Joel W Young at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for DWR. Bond was set at $250.00, cash only, and a court date of 03/10/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 03/02/15 10:12 253/RODIER RD, FREEMAN On March 2, 2015 at approximately 1016 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at East 253rd Street and South Rodier Road on a white Dodge. The driver was arrested for an active Cass County warrant and issued several traffic citations. 03/02/15 10: ROAD, DREXEL On March 2, 2015 at 1034 hours, I responded to 1901 E 300 road in Drexel, Missouri, in reference to a Property Damage. Upon my arrival I spoke with Iveth Croucher who said that a maroon in color truck had driven off the roadway and damaged her fence at her driveway and drove off. No suspects have been identified. 03/02/15 10: CLEVELAND AVE, BELTON On March 2, 2015 I responded to the area of Cleveland Avenue and 195th Street in reference to a suicidal subject in a vehicle. Subject was contacted, evaluated and released without incident. 03/02/15 10: STATE ROUTE 7, CREIGHTON On March I responded to S. State Route 7, Creighton, Missouri in reference to burglary. Ms. Farris and Ms. Stonecipher reported a burglary of their business. Suspect information is not available at this time. 03/02/15 15: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, March 2nd, 2015 at approximately 1534 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office front lobby in regards to a report of stealing. I made contact with Erle Price w/m, an employee of the Sprint Corporation, who reported that a copper ground bar was stolen from the cell tower site located at E. 236th Street Harrisonville Missouri. The theft occurred sometime before February 2nd, 2015 at 1309 hours. There are no suspects at this time. 03/02/15 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1400 hours, Judge Collins sentence Lisa Bowers, case number 10CA-CR Failure to return lease property to 2 years DOC, I then transported Lisa Bowers to the Cass County Jail. 03/02/15 16: COWGER RD, PECULIAR On March 2, 2015,at 1647 hours, I responded to 2501 W. Mechanic St. in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a theft of a license plate. Upon my arrival I spoke with Brenda K. Speers who said an unknown person removed her front Missouri license plate from her back seat. The FORM suspect 3000 has - Press not been Reports identified = UPDATED

The suspect has not been identified 03/02/15 17:29 SB 49/MM 161, HARRISONVILLE On March 2, 2015, at approximately 1731 hours, I was dispatched to Southbound I49 at mile marker 161, in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a disturbance in a vehicle. I spoke to Brandi Davis who said her mentally handicap client had a anger episode in the vehicle. 03/02/15 20: LAKE ANNETTE RD, LAKE ANNETTE On Monday, March 2, 2015 at about 2019 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a domestic assault. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Ms. Jessie Herring who told me that she wanted to give a statement about an assault that took place in December A statement was obtained and a suspect was identified. 03/02/15 23: STATE ROUTE A, DREXEL On Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at about 0033 hours, I was dispatched to 2901 E. State Route A in reference to check the well being. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Ms. Beverly J. Harmon who told me that she was worried about her brother, David Obermeier. Ms. Harmon said she thought her brother might harm himself because he had been depressed. 03/03/15 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/03/2015, at approximately 0900 hours, I made contact with Mitzi S Lomonte at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00156 for trespassing 1st degree. Bond was set at $2,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 03/17/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 03/03/15 10:42 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On at 1042 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Larry Decker into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR and 13CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 and $5,000 cash only. Mr. Decker was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/03/15 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/03/2015, at approximately 1100 hours, I made contact with Jeffery L Ingram at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00096 for DWI-alcohol-persistent offender. Bond was set at $5,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 04/04/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 03/03/15 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/03/2015 at approximately 1525 hours, I made contact with Erin M. Newkirk at the Cass County Jail in refernce to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01346 for Probation Violation/DWI-Alcohol. Bond for this warrant was set at $4, ten percent cash allowed. 03/03/15 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/03/15 at approximately 1445 hours I took one into custody on an active Cass County warrant. 03/03/15 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/02/15 at approximately 1750 hours, I made contact with Robert E. Copeland, at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrants. I served Mr. Copeland the Cass County warrants with a $15, cash or surety bond and a $ cash only bond.

3 03/03/15 17:27 LEE'S SUMMIT PD, LEE'S SUMMIT On 03/03/15 at approximately 0810 hours, I responded to Lee's Summit Police Department and made contact with Abigail Marie Uhl w/f, on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Uhl the Cass County warrant with a $25, cash or court approved surety bond. 03/03/15 21:06 58/CHESTNUT, BELTON On Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015 at approximately 2106 hours I conducted a traffic stop on 58 Highway at North Chestnut Street on a white 2014 Ford F150. The driver of the F150 fled the vehicle during the stop, and was not located. The driver provided false information during the stop and has not been identified at this time. The vehicle has been identified as a possible stolen vehicle out of Kansas City Missouri. 03/03/15 23: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at about 2325 hours, I stopped at 1991 Ford Econoline van at the PB gas station in Cleveland MO for expired license plate. After contacting the driver he was placed under arrest for driving while suspended and two Grandview MO warrants. 03/04/15 11: , BELTON On March 6, 2015 at 0756 hours, I responded to the Belton, MO Jail in reference a warrant service. I then took Richard M. Kimble into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00197 for DWI- persistent offender; bond $15,000 10% cash only, Mr. Kimble was transported to the Cass County Jail 03/04/15 12: TH ST, BELTON On March 4, 2015 at approximately 1206 hours, I arrived at 4001 E. 185th st. in Belton, MO in reference to an exparte service. Upon my arrival I noticed that the front door was partially opened and damaged. Contact was made with homeowner that was currently in Toronto, Canada. The situation was explained to him and he told me to just pull the door shut. Home owner did not want us to clear the house. 03/04/15 16:22 SLUMBER INN, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, March 4th 2015, I investigated a reported domestic assault at the Slumber Inn Motel. A suspect was identified and arrested for the offense. 03/04/15 18:31 BELTON PD, BELTON On Wednesday March 4th, 2015 at approximately 2200 hours I responded to the Belton Police Department in Belton Missouri for a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Joshua T. Donahoe w/m on a active Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 03/04/15 21:15 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, March 4th 2015, at 2115 hours, I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police Department in reference to providing K9 assistance to them after they were involved in a pursuit with a white 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the suspect vehicle. Two capped syringes, each containing a small amount of a clear liquid, were located during a probable cause search of the vehicle. 03/04/15 22: PINE ST, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at approximately 2323 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Pleasant Hill, Missouri Police Department in regards to an active Cass County warrant. Karen M. Marker, white female was placed in to custody on Cass County warrant #11CA-CR00303 for FTA (Failure To Appear) on a passing bad check warrant. Ms. Marker was transported to the Cass County Sheriff's Office where she is currently being held on $ cash or surety bond. Ms. Marker was given an associated FORM 3000 court - Press date of Reports Tuesday, = UPDATED March 17, in Cass County courts.

K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the suspect vehicle. Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located during a probable cause search of the vehicle. 03/04/15 23: RD ST, PECULIAR On 03/04/2015 at approximatley 2307 I was dispatched to 7008 E. 243rd st in Peculiar Missouri in reference to a harrassment. I made contact with John Rhodelander w/m and gathered information for the report. 03/04/15 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 5, 2015, I arrested Geoffrey Worman, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00488 for Fail to Appear on Felony Driving While Revoked. A court date of April 2, 2015 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $25,000 cash only. 03/05/15 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 05, 2015 Sarita D. Camp, 37 of Raymore, MO was arrested on a Cass County warrant (15CA-CR00036) for DWI - Alcohol - Persistent Offender. The warrant was issued on January 19th, and bond was set at $5, Cash or Surety. 03/05/15 14: STATE ROUTE 58, RAYMORE On March 5, 2015 at approximately 1408 hours, I was dispatched to Ray-Pec Middle School, in reference to a mother of a student that has no custody rights to her child. Mother had an active Cass County warrant with a $15, cash only bond for Non-Support. Mother was transported to Cass County Jail and released to Jail Deputies for processing. 03/05/15 15: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday March 5th, 2015 at approximately 1544 hours I conducted a residence check at State Route P in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Maxwell, Steven W/M and took him into custody on active Cass County warrant 315CAARW175 and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 03/05/15 15: SOUTH LAKE DR., HARRISONVILLE On March 5, 2015 at approximately 1545 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic Harrisonville, MO. In reference to Identity theft on tax return. No suspects have been identified. 03/05/15 15:56 BELTON PD, BELTON On March 5, 2015, I was dispatched to Belton Police Department in regards to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival, I took custody of Lonnie J. Anderson a Cass County Warrant. Mr. Anderson was transported to the Cass County Jail and processed on his Cass County Warrant. 03/05/15 16:45 BELTON PD, BELTON On March 5, 2015, I was dispatched to Belton Police Department in regards to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival, I took custody of James K. Haag on two Cass County Warranst. Mr. Haag was transported to the Cass County Jail and processed on his Cass County Warrants.

5 03/05/15 17: VALLEY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday March 5th, 2015 at approximately 1800 hours I conducted a residence check at Valley Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Millsap, Donald W/M and took him into custody on active Cass County warrant #14CRCA01158 and transported him to the Cass County Jail 03/05/15 19:45 RAYMORE PD, RAYMORE On Thursday March 5th, 2015 at approximately 2120 hours I responded to the Raymore Police Department in Raymore Missouri for a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Shane S. Clary w/m on a active Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 03/05/15 21:29 BELTON PD, BELTON On March 5, 2015, I was dispatched to Belton Police Department in regards to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival, I took custody of Charles M. Sampson on four Cass County Warrants. Mr. Sampson was transported to the Cass County Jail and processed on his Cass County Warrants. 03/06/15 01: WALNUT ST, DREXEL On 03/05/2015 at approximately 0133 hours, I was dispatched to 117 E. Walnut street Apt C in Drexel Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Amie M. Duncan w/f and gathered information for the report. 03/06/15 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/06/2015 at apprroximately 1200 hours Dewey Todd was arrested at the Ozark Correctional Center on an active Cass County Warrant. Subject was transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 03/06/15 09: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On March 6, 2015 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of S. Brookhart Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. Mr. Charles Moretine was found to have revoked driving privileges and was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/06/15 09:46 WOMENS EASTERN RECEPTION DIAG CORR CNTR, VANDALIA On 03/06/15 at 0946 hours, I responded to the Womens Eastern Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Heather Gray into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00079 for Fail to Appear, bond $ % cash only, Ms. Gray was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/06/15 10: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On March 6, 2015, I responded to the Raymore Police Department for a prisoner transport. I arrested Crystal J. Waters on 2 Cass County warrants and transported her to the Cass County Jail for booking. 03/06/15 12: RD STREET, BELTON On March 6, 2015, I responded to the Belton City Jail for a prisoner transport. I arrested Christine M. Robbins on a Cass County warrant and transported her to the Cass County Jail for booking. 03/06/15 13: STATE ROUTE C, FREEMAN On Friday, March 6th 2015, at 1319 hours, I was dispatched to S State Route C, Freeman, Missouri in reference to an Burglary. I contacted the victim Connie M. Morgan who reported that an unknown person broke her rear door to her garage to gain access to her house. A suspect has not been identified.

Rish at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant for Theft/Stealing. 03/06/15 16: MAIN STREET, EAST LYNNE On March 6, 2015, I conducted a check the welfare call at 614 Main Street in East Lynne, Missouri. The homeowner appeared to be doing good. 03/06/15 17: NELSON RD, DREXEL On Friday, March 6th 2015, at 1808 hours, I was dispatched to S Nelson Road, Drexel, Missouri in reference to an Identity theft. I contacted the victim Laura L. Lee who reported that an unknown person used her social security number to file federal taxes. A suspect has not been identified. 03/06/15 20: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, March 6, 2015 at approximately 2007 hours I was dispatched to S. State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, MO reference to a disturbance in progress. I contacted Rebecca Curtin who said her husband recently passed away and family members are emotional. The investigation revealed that the incident was verbal in nature and no crime was committed. 03/06/15 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/06/2015; at approximately 2000 hours; I made contact with Auglur, Mathew W. w/m at the Cass County Jail and placed him under arrest for court ordered arrest # 14CA-CR /06/15 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 6, 2015 I made contact with a male subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. The male subject, identified as James Saltkill, was placed in custody on an active Cass County Weekend warrant. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in this incident. 03/07/15 01:50 HOLMES/S OF 155TH, BELTON On Saturday, March 7, 2015 I stopped a 2011 Jeep for speeding on Holmes Road near 155th street. After contacting the driver he was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. 03/07/15 08:58 203/PRYOR, On March 7, 2015 I responded to the intersection of 203rd Street and Pryor Road, rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a burned vehicle. The vehicle was found to be a stolen vehicle and was recovered. Suspect information is not available. 03/07/15 15:33 60 DUNDEE CIR, BELTON On Saturday, March 7th 2015, at 1533 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an Identity theft. I contacted the victim Chelsea E. Cates who reported that an unknown person used her social security number to file federal taxes. A suspect has not been identified. 03/07/15 17:25 MERR/JOY AUCTION, On March 7, 2015 I conducted a vehicle check in the area of 58 Highway and CC Highway, Strasburg, Missouri. Subjects were identified. Mr. Timothy Cardwell was found to have an active felony warrant from Henry County, Missouri. Mr. Cardwell was placed in custody and transported to Henry County.

7 03/07/15 18: MAIN ST, GUNN CITY On Saturday, March 7, 2015 at approximately 2000 hours I was dispatched to E. Main St, Garden City, MO reference to a report of a burglary not in progress. I contacted Debra Cox who said a television and Kindle Fire were taken from her residence. A suspect has been identified. 03/07/15 18: TH ST, FREEMAN On Saturday, March 7, 2015 I was dispatched to 303 W. 4th street, Freeman MO in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Beau Bollinger who told me that someone had entered his residence while he was not home and taken two weapons, clothes and toys from the residence. A suspect was identified. 03/07/15 20: HUBACH HILL RD, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, March 7th, 2015 at approximately 2030 hours I was dispatched to E. Hubach Hill Road Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a report of a stolen vehicle that occurred at approximately 1955 hours. Victoria Landaverry reported that her white 2006 GMC K3500 pickup truck was stolen from the residence, by an unknown person. This vehicle was later recovered in Archie Missouri, and possible suspects have been identified. 03/07/15 23:47 LAKE ANNETTE RD/ 2 HWY, On Saturday, March 7, 2015 at about 2349 hours, I was dispatched to a disturbance at the intersection of Lake Annette Road and State Route 2 Highway. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Austin Painter who was arguing with Ms. Heather Hill. Ms. Hill did not want Mr. Painter to drive because he was intoxicated. It was apparent no crime had taken place. 03/08/15 01: STATE ROUTE VV, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, March 8, 2015 at approximately 0121 hours I was dispatched to E. State Route VV, Pleasant Hill, MO reference to a report of property damage. I contacted Josh Ogan who said someone had placed boards with nails and screws in the roadway causing flat tires. No suspects have been identified. 03/08/15 01: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 8, 2015 I was dispatched to the area of Orchard road, reference suspicious activity. Upon arrival I located four subject on private property at E 217st. The subjects were identified and released from the scene. 03/08/15 08: D ST, CREIGHTON On 03/08/2015 at approximately 0830 hours I was dispatched to 309 D street in Creighton Missouri in reference to a Property Damage. Upon my arrival I made contact with Vernon West w/m via telephone and gathered information for the report. 03/08/15 10:54 SCHOOL/HUBACH, RAYMORE On March 8, 2015, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on Madison Street north of Hubach Hill Road in rural Raymore, Missouri. A white Toyota Camry struck a utility pole. The driver had minor injuries. 03/08/15 12: MAIN CITY RD, DREXEL On Sunday, March 8, 2015 I responded to 335th and Main city Road Drexel Missouri regarding an abandond vehicle left in the middle of the road. 03/08/15 14:18 UNKNOWN LOCATION, PECULIAR On Sunday, March 8th 2015, at 1422 hours, I was dispatched to the Peculiar Police Department at 224 N Main Street, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a Rape. I contacted the victim who said she was sexually assaulted on March 3rd 2015 and an unknown address in rural Peculiar. A suspect has been identified.

Hastings w/f, on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Hastings the Cass County warrant with a $4, % cash allowed bond. 03/08/15 16: BRENNEMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On March 8, 2015, I investigated a motor vehicle collision that occurred in a pasture behind S. Brenneman Road in rural Peculiar, Missouri. A Central Cass Fire brush truck slid into an SUV. There were no reported injuries. 03/08/15 18:20 NB 49/2 RAMP, On March 8, 2015 I conducted a vehicle stop at NB I-49 and 2 Highway, Harrisonville, Missouri. Driver of the vehicle was found to have an active misdemeanor warrant out of Jackson County, Missouri. Subject was placed into custody and processed at the Cass County Jail. 03/08/15 19: TAYLOR RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, March 8, 2015 at approximately 1948 hours I was dispatched to S. Taylor Rd, Harrisonville, MO reference to a report of a disturbance. I contacted Rebecca Pfleiderer who said the property owner had loaded her personal property into a truck and kicking her out of the residence. My investigation revealed the incident to be a civil matter with no crime committed. 03/08/15 22: ND ST, DREXEL On March 8, 2015 at about 2254 I was dispatched to 217 S. Second street, Drexel in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Sean C. Lamb who told me that he had been arguing with Mr. Stanton Miller. It was apparent that no crime had taken place. 03/08/15 23: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, March 8, 2015 at approximately 2335 hours I was dispatched to S. State Route 7, Garden City, MO reference to a report of a lost item. I contacted Bill Cook who told me that he had lost a small handgun. The item had not been located at the time of this report.
