1 07/08/13 10: THST, PECULIAR On July 8, 2013 I conducted an investigation of identity theft / fraud at E. 215th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. James Moore reported that his identity has been used to acquire funds that have been turned into collection agencies. Suspects have not been identified. 07/08/13 12: BRUSH COLLEGE RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1816 hours I responded to S Brush College Road outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a property damage investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Anisa Alexander who stated someone had damaged the mailbox at the residence. 07/08/13 13: K HWY, EAST LYNNE On July 8, 2013 I conducted a vehicle check in the area of 243rd Street and K Highway, after receiving anonymous information of a subject that had active warrants. Nicholas Oneal was contacted in reference to active warrants. He was transported to the Cass County Jail for possession of a stolen vehicle. 07/08/13 13: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On July 8, 2013, at approximately 1440 hours I was dispatched to South state route 7 Highway, located in rural Pleasant Hill Missouri in reference to an unknown disturbance in progress. My investigation revealed that a verbal disturbance took place between two adults involved in a romantic relationship. 07/08/13 14: MECHANIC ST, On , at about 1428 hours, a citizen notified the front security checkpoint he needed EMS to assist him due to a medical issue. 07/08/13 14: PURVIS RD, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 1450 hours I responded to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a theft investigation. Upon arrival I contacted John Morris who stated someone had stolen the expiration tab from his front license plate. 07/08/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 07/08/2013 at approximately 1340 hours, master control advised booking deputies that Chase Beau was attempting to harm himself in Cass county jail booking Cell BK7. 07/08/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1345 hours, in Division 2, I arrested a subject in court on a Cass County Warrant for Controlled Substance. I then transported the subject to the Cass County Jail. 07/08/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1345 hours, in Division 2, I arrested a subject in court on a Cass County Warrant for Distribute/Deliver/Man. I then transported the subject to the Cass County Jail. 07/08/13 16:25 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On at 1306 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Latosha R Hill into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00678 for Receiving Stolen Property, bond $10,000, Ms. Hill was transported to the Cass County Jail.
2 07/08/13 17:22 HARRISONVILLE PD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday July 8th, 2013, at approximately 1700 hours, I made contact with inmate Cameron Quinlin at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrants #10CA-CR for Knowingly Burning or Exploding, # for Fail to Signal, # for Operating a Motor Vehicle on Highway without a License and # for Exceeding the Speed Limit. 07/08/13 18: FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On Monday, July 8, 2013 at about 1900 hours, I was dispatched to 210 Frederick Avenue, in reference to a theft. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Ms. Jessica A. Towe,who said that someone had removed some surveyors stakes. A suspect has been identified. 07/08/13 18: EASTWOOD CIR, PLEASANT HILL On July 8, 2013 I initiated an investigation of a lost cell phone that occurred at South Eastwood circle in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I contacted a male subject who told me that he had lost his Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 07/08/13 20:22 BLINKER LIGHT RD/245TH, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, July 8, 2013 at approximately 2023 hours I was dispatched to Blinker Light Road and 245th Street for a non-injury motor vehicle accident. I contacted B. N. C. who said that she attempted to avoid a dog in the road causing loss of control of the vehicle. It was determined that no crime had been committed. 07/08/13 20: LUCILLE LN, PECULIAR On Monday, July 8, 2013 at about 2045 hours, I was dispatched to Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to unauthorized use of a credit device. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Ms. Linda E. McCready who reported that someone had used her credit card number to make purchases in Florida. No suspect was identified. 07/08/13 20: LAKEVIEW DR, LAKE ANNETTE On July 8, 2013 I initiated an investigation of a violation of protection order complaint that occurred at 8411 E Lakeview Lake Annette, Missouri. I spoke with Thomas Hanson, who told me that he was threatened by a male subject, against whom he has an active order of protection. A suspect had been identified in this incident. 07/08/13 21: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE Incident Log 07/09/13 00:00 JOHNSON COUNTY KS SO, GARDNER On at 1459 hours. I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Tracy J Mcmillin into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00763 for Driving While Revoked, bond $5,000 10% cash only, Mr. Mcmillin was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/09/13 06: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2120 hours, I served an active Cass County warrant to Michael S. Johnson at the Cass County Jail. 07/09/13 08: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0816 hours I responded to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to an ex parte violation. Upon arrival I FORM contacted 3000 Gary - Press Carter Reports who stated = UPDATED that his step-son is threatening to harm their family members.

Connie S. Juhl w/f reported that an unknown person stole her black 2002 Lincoln LS four door from in front of S. Yoder Road Harrisonville between at 2200 hours and at 0730 hours. 07/09/13 14: MAIN CITY RD, DREXEL On Tuesday, July 9th, 2013, at approximately 1438 hours I was dispatched to S. Main City Road in regards to a report of a burglary no longer in progress I made contact with the reporting party, Tonya M. Gentry w/f who reported that an unknown person entered her residence and stole numerous electronics. 07/09/13 15: SMOKE ROAD, PECULIAR On at approximately 1506 hours I responded to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a theft investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Jerry Miller who stated someone had stolen an ATV from his property at S Smoke Road outside of Peculiar, MO. 07/09/13 15: CLEVELAND AVE, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1530 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to an identity theft investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Nathan Wright who stated someone had been working under his name and social security number for several years in Florida. Mr. Wright advised the Internal Revenue Service is investigating this case. 07/09/13 15: BOARDMAN RD, PLEASANT HILL On July 9, 2013 I conducted a assisted Pleasant Hill Police Department on an investigation of a domestic assault that had occurred at 401 Boardman Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri that was reported by Tiffany Byrd. Coly Byrd was transported to the Cass County Jail for an active Cass County warrant. 07/09/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1534 hours I contacted Eric Walker at 2501 W Mechanic Street in reference to an active Cass County warrant. Mr. Walker was taken into custody for Cass County warrant 13-CAARW384 for a moving violation. A bond of $250 Cash had been set and a court date of was given. 07/09/13 16: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, July 9th, 2013, at approximately 1657 hours I was dispatched to S. 7 Highway in regards to a report of an Ex Parte violation. I made contact with Gary W. Durnell w/m who reported that his neighbor violated an Ex Parte by taking photographs of him. Mr. Durnell had an active Ex Parte Order of protection against his neighbor at the time of this incident. 07/09/13 19: PONY CREEK RD, FREEMAN On July 9, 2013 I conducted an investigation of a violation of a protection order complaint. Upon arrival I spoke with John Schilb, who said that a female subject he has an order of protection against was in his vehicle and was refusing to leave. There was suspect information available at the time of report.
4 07/09/13 19: ST TER, PECULIAR On Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at approximately 1945 hours I was dispatched to East 241st Terrace, Peculiar, Missouri reference to a follow up from a previous report. I contacted a female subject who said that someone dug up the dirt around her mailbox post. A suspect has not been identified. 07/09/13 21: CROWN PARK, BELTON On Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at about 2125 hours, I was dispatched to 7501 Crown Trailer Park, in reference to threats and harassing phone calls. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Ms. McNeil, Linda J. W/F who told me that the suspect keeps calling her on the phone and making threats towards her and her friends. A suspect was identified. 07/10/13 03:05 MECHANIC AND COMMERICAL, HARRISONVILLE On July 10, 2013 I conducted a vehicle stop in a parking lot at Commercial and Mechanic in Harrisonville, Missouri. The vehicle, a dark colored dodge intrepid, was stopped for careless and imprudent driving. The driver was arrested for Driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. I took the subject into custody on active Cass County warrant. Mechanic, Harrisonville MO. A cause of the crash has been determined. 07/10/13 11:53 LAKE WINNEBAGO DR, HARRISONVILLE On July 10, 2013 at approximately 1213 hours, I conducted a prisoner transfer from Lake Winnebago Police Department to the Cass County Sheriff s Office. The suspect identified as Abigail Marie Uhl had an active Cass County warrant for failing to appear. The suspect was later transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/10/13 12:35 JOHNSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, CENTERVIEW On 07/10/13 at 0933 hours. I responded to the Johnson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Brent Collins into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, Mr. Collins was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/10/13 14: WAGONER, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday July 10th 2013 I was dispatched to S Wagonor Road rural Dayton Missouri on a disturbance. Upon my arrival I contacted Carolyn A Wilhelm w/f who stated that she had two rings stolen by her daughter. There is suspect information. 07/10/13 14:21 235TH/MOPAC RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday July 10th I investigated a motor vehicle crash between a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser and a Train at 235th and Mopac Rd. A cause of the crash has been determined.

The victim identified as Cynthia M Mason, stated that her bank informed her that someone was attempting to order checks for her accounts. No suspects have been identified. 07/10/13 16: TH ST, CLEVELAND On Wednesday July 10th 2013 I investigated a 1 car motor vehicle crash at 2030 E. 300th involving a 2009 BMW. A cause of the crash has been determined. 07/10/13 17:59 K HWY/251ST, EAST LYNNE On Wednesday July 10th 2013 I was driving in the area of K Highway north of 251st Street when I located two sets of camouflage hip waders roadside. There is no suspect information. 07/10/13 18: ND STREET, CREIGHTON On July 10, 2013, at approximately 1938 hours, I assisted the Children's Division with an investigation at 609 2nd Street, Creighton, Missouri. The investigation was conducted without problems. 07/10/13 23:19 WILSON RD / PINE, ARCHIE On Wednesday, July 10th, 2013 at approximately 2328 hours, Deputies with the Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Wilson Road and Pine Street in Archie, Missouri in regards to Archie Police requesting assistance with a pursuit. A suspect was located and taken into custody by Archie Police. 07/11/13 01:41 SHARON/SPRUCE, GARDEN CITY On July 11, 2013, at approximately 0141 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on Spruce Street at Sharon Street, Garden City, Missouri. The vehicle was a 2003 Ford Explorer bearing Kansas license plates 888DXQ. The driver was arrested for an active extraditable warrant out of Cass County and Sugar Creek Police Department. 07/11/13 04:33 HOLMES/1 N OF DREXEL, DREXEL On July 11, 2013, at approximately 0455 hours, I investigated a single vehicle, injury, motor vehicle crash on State Route D, north of State Route A. The driver was treated and released from the scene. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Miller Tow. The cause of the crash is believed to be deer in the roadway. 07/11/13 08: MAIN CITY RD, DREXEL On Thursday July 11th, 2013 at approximately 0813 hours I was contacted by Tonya Gentry, W/F reference property damage to her truck. A bond of $ % Cash only had been set and a court date of was given. 07/11/13 20: HEREFORD RD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, July 11th, 2013 at approximately 2054 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Hereford Road in Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a report of stolen property. The homeowner, Brian S. Clements, white male reported that two vehicles on his property had the catalytic converter stolen from the vehicle. A suspect has been identified; however no arrests have been made. The Sheriff's Office is continuing its investigation. 07/12/13 02: CLEVELAND, BELTON On Friday, July 12th 2013, at 0241 hours, I was dispatched to Cleveland Road in Belton reference an interrupted burglary. Two suspects were identified and arrested. 07/12/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 07/12/2013 at approximately 0915 hours, Deputies responded to Booking Cell 4 at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in refernce to an Inmate identified as Chase, Beau Austin, continually banging his head on the wall. A male subject, Kraig Hutchens, told me that he believed a female subject had defrauded him of several thousand dollars, and written some bad checks on one of his accounts. Suspect information was available at the time of report. 07/12/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On July 12, 2013 I received a phone call with information about an incident that occurred with the Raymore City Limits. I spoke with a male subject, who provided information about an road rage incident that occurred in Raymore, Missouri.

I spoke with John Schilb who told me that a female subject, who he has an order of protection against, contacted him by phone. Suspect information was available at the time of report. 07/13/13 00:42 SB 7/ SYCAMORE GROVE, GARDEN CITY On July 13, 2013 I conducted a vehicle stop on southbound 7 highway at Sycamore Grove road. The vehicle was stopped for careless and imprudent driving. The driver was arrested for driving while suspended. There was suspect information at the time of report. 07/13/13 02:37 165TH/HOLMES, BELTON On Saturday, July 13, 2013 at about 0237 hours, I stopped a 2002 Ford Escort, on MO State Route D near 165th street. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. The driver (suspect) was identified. 07/13/13 05: MISSOURI 2 HWY, FREEMAN On Saturday, July 13, 2013 at about 0536 hours, I was dispatched to the Freeman Country Market located at Missouri Highway 2 in reference to check the well being. 07/13/13 08:42 7/S OF GREEN BRIDGE, PLEASANT HILL On July 13, 2013 at approximately 0843 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 7 Highway south of the green bridge for a subject that appeared to be slumped over the steering wheel. 07/13/13 10: TH STREET, HARRISONVILLE On July 13, 2013, I investigated a motor vehicle collision that occurred on 299th Street west of Lone Tree Road. A black GMC 2500 truck lost control and rolled. There were no reported injuries. 07/13/13 10: WHIPPOORWILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On at approximately 1110 hour si responded to 8311 E Whippoorwill Hill Drive outside of Freeman, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Steven Penick who stated someone had stolen a Stevens shotgun from his residence. At this time there are no suspects in this case. 07/13/13 12: ST STREET, FREEMAN On July 13, 2013, I investigated an incident where someone had set off fireworks inside of a mailbox located at 7206 E. Street in rural Freeman, Missouri. There was no damage to the mailbox. 07/13/13 14: WARD RD, RAYMORE On Saturday, July 13th, 2013, I took a report of an Ex Parte Violation that occurred at 1202 North Ward Road, Raymore, Missouri, and that was reported by David S. Maude, w/m. There is suspect information. 07/13/13 14:22 CASS PKWY, BELTON On July 13, 2013, I conducted a prisoner transfer from N. Cass Parkway at I-49 to the Cass County Jail. Timothy S. Alexander was served with a Cass County probation violation warrant with a $7, ten percent cash only bond. 07/13/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 07/13/2013, at approximately 1500 hours, an inmate from the Cass County Jail was taken by EMS to the emergency room.
8 07/13/13 14:42 41 MURRAY RD, PLEASANT HILL On July 13, 2013 I responded to a call of stealing at 41 Murray Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri that was reported by Mr. Kenneth Radmacher. Approximately four tons of copper had been stolen from the property. No suspect has been identified. 07/13/13 19: MAIN, GUNN CITY On July 13, 2013, at approximately 1947 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic located in Harrisonville Missouri, in reference to a property damage call. My investigation revealed that a residence located at Main Street, Gunn City, Missouri, owned by Lisa Pfaff, was damaged in the inside. Items inside the residence were also stolen. No suspect information is available at this time. 07/13/13 20: ST ST, CLEVELAND On Saturday, July 13, 2013 at about 2006 hours, I was dispatched to 508 E. 251st street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mrs. Terry a. Latta W/F, who said that she wanted the suspect to leave the residence. Mrs. Latta said that the suspect did not threaten or assault her. A suspect was identified. 07/13/13 22: OLD DRUM RD, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, July 13, 2013 at approximately 2244 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri to assist the Department of Family Services with an investigation. I contacted Agent Jamie Engelstad who said she received a report of juveniles allowed to drink acoholic beverages at the home. The suspects have been identified. 07/14/13 02:02 86 PIONEER ST, GARDEN CITY On July 14, 2013, at approximately 0205 hours, I was dispatched to 86 Pioneer located in Garden City, Missouri, in reference to an assault. My investigation revealed that Jessica Porter was assaulted by her boyfriend. A suspect has been identified. 07/14/13 13: SPRUCE STREET, GARDEN CITY On July 14, 2013, I investigated a report of a cat bit that occurred at 310 Spruce Street in Garden City, Missouri. The victim sustained minor injuries to the wrist. The cat was current on all of it's shots and vaccines. 07/14/13 14: HEREFORD RD, PLEASANT HILL On July 14, 2013 I responded to Hereford Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a non criminal domestic that was reported by Dustin Jackson. There was a verbal disturbance between family members after the home owners had received information about a party at the residence involving minors. Parties separated with no further incident. 07/14/13 16: MORGAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1633 hours I responded to the area of Morgan Road and Grandriver Road in reference to a trespassing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Gregory Durnell who stated a subject was fishing in the river between his property and Nora Stapp's property. The subject was identified as Jason Murdock and issued a summons for trespassing. 07/14/13 17: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On July 14, 2013, I investigated a reported domestic assault that occurred at 408 Old 7 Hwy in Garden City, Missouri. Two suspects have been identified in this incident.
