3 THE PROCESS

4 1. UNDER- STANDING First of all, we want to fully understand your product. After initial contact, we set up a meeting on Skype or in person, and discuss projects' details. At this point our goal is to get as much information as we can and ask questions you did not expect. It s absolutely crucial to produce your MVP (Most Viable Product) and find the most efficient way to develop it.

5 2. PRODUCT DESIGN At this stage, the whole team of developers, designers and PMs sits down and creates a list of all key features and user scenarios for your product. We do a lot of brainstorming, sketching and voting. All of that to create the first prototype of your product.

6 3. KICK OFF As soon as our vision meets your expectations, we divide our work into tasks and put them together as a prioritized list called backlog. Right after that, we create detailed user scenarios and final interface design. We also set up all the management and communication tools (Trello, Jira and Slack) to make the development process as transparent and efficient as possible.

7 4. DEVELOP- MENT When all above is set, we start coding your product. We work in short time periods, called sprints, which usually last two weeks. After each sprint, you gain access to the latest version of your product. You can play with it and give feedback about new features. Simultaneously, we work on further development until your product is complete.

11 Communication is the key - we know that for sure. We successfully developed dozens of products for clients around the globe because we always made that very clear. We invite our clients to join a Slack channel to be in constant touch with all our team members to make sure everybody knows what is happening with the product the entire time.

14 PRODUCT DESIGN Magello is an online system for organising trips and sales support in tourism. We had previous experience creating similar systems, therefore we knew what we had to focus on during product design. We created a list of features that we wanted to implement, which we later prioritized and decided which of them should be in MVP.

15 THE BRANDING The next step was designing product's visual identity and creating it's style guide. We are fully aware that a brand is one of the most valuable things, therefore we always try to make sure that branding reflects company s mission and values.

16 THE ADMIN PANEL The Admin Panel is the most important part of the system in this product, so we were very particular to make sure it s user-friendly and its key features (payments, reservations, documents upload and all statistics) run very efficient. ONLINE

17 THE USER VIEW Having lots of experience in developing systems for e-commerce from scratch, we tried to make it as simple and intuitive as possible, knowing how much success in online sales depends on customer satisfaction. ONLINE

18 THE LANDING PAGE Landing page is one of Magello s key marketing tools, so we know it has to be beautiful, yet very simple to attract potential customers and fulfill it s sales purpose. ONLINE
