1 PARA-PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE AND SUBSTITUTE PAY PLAN Pay Schedules (Boxes) Board Approved 6/25/13. (Board approved to collapse pay grade one on CT/MT Pay Plans, left same minimum salaries from pay grade 5 and up on CT/MT Pay Plans and also approved the minimum wage to start at $9.00/hour on 6/25/13.)
